We were looking for a dishwasher for our office and needed it in a hurry we also wanted one with the silverware tray on the door. We had no luck with Sears, they promised next day delivery and that never happened, they kept leaving phone messages with delivery windows and then calling back to say it was a mistake, finally I cancelled that order and placed an order with All Home Appliances, we found the perfect dishwasher on their website then called to speak to a representative to place the order, they not only beat the price of another retailer but they kept their word and delivered the dishwasher the very next day and had it installed by professionals, during the Christmas rush no less. I couldnt be happier with their services and will never get an appliance from any other retailer as long as they are in business. Hip hip hooray for All Home Appliances!

I just bought a new dishwasher from All Home, and couldnt be happier. Bill, the salesman, was kind, down to earth, and so easy to deal with. I never felt like I was being pressured. He listened to me (really listened), and then gave me some great options to consider. After I decided on the model I wanted to buy (LG), I checked prices all over town and online. The price Bill offered me was $100+ less than the best price I could find elsewhere. And without all of the game playing. It was a pleasure doing business with him. As a single woman, I usually dread these types of purchases and the high pressure sales tactics often used. Rest assured, I will buy all of my future appliances from All Home.

Buyer beware. Bought a fridge and freezer from them a little over two years ago and it has been a nightmare. I have a ten year warranty and have had to have repairs several times. Unfortunately, the last issue is not able to be repaired and the unit needs to be replaced. I have been without a working freezer for 6 weeks. The problem is - you cant get them to answer the phone. They did claim to have ordered me a new freezer - but, they dont answer the phone/emails and I have no idea where my freezer is. This place is not honest nor professional. All I want is a phone call back so I know where I stand.

Purchased a Maytag Washer from Bill , and every aspect of the service I received from All Home Appliances was exceptional--from the ordering of the appliance to the delivery. You simply cannot go wrong in dealing with All Home . Happy that a friend told me about them--they were great !
