I dont usually shop at JCPenney. In the past when I would bother to go there, I rarely found anything that was my style or fit me very well. I tend to prefer Kohls and go there if I am ever looking for a new outfit. However, I decided to give JCPenney another try and I was impressed. I often shop in the petite section and they had a lot of selection. Compared to Kohls petite section, JCPenney is definitely winning on selection. Their fitting rooms were clean and the clothes racks were well organized by size. They even had size 5 shoes in their shoe department, which is a challenge to find at any store. I was shopping on a Saturday and I was impressed that I didnt have to wait for a fitting room and when it was time to check out, I only had to wait in line for 2-3 minutes. For anyone who hasnt been to JCPenney in awhile, you may want to consider giving them a second chance. I did and have some cute clothes and shoes to show for it!

I had never been in this location, but wanted to do a makeover for my daughters twelfth birthday, and get her started on some high quality makeup. Antoinette helped us. She did a 15 minute FREE color analysis, put moisturizer, primer, blush, and lip stain on, and made my daughter feel beautiful, while not making her uncomfortable. Antoinette was very personable, and did not pressure me to buy what I chose not to buy. I spent more than I had intended, but I left feeling that I had high quality products that would last my daughter a long time. Go here for quality help and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great place!!

Very helpful service! I was in charge of a project for work and had very specific requirements. The rep helped me find what I was looking for and come in under budget. They didnt have all I needed in stock so we had to order the rest online. My only complaint is that the price online was different in-store so getting the proper price to a long time.

I went in one day to buy myself a handsome pair of ladies shoes. (Dont ask). I wandered through the store and came across a guy by the name of Jared. He was very helpful and insisted I try on the shoes. I kindly refused as they were for a "friend". He was helpful and talked me into buying a few other things which Im glad I did.

The sales workers are very patient. This store has the best deals on Nike products. I like the quality and savings that are available here. Great kids selection. I could do without the distraction of toys. If its not in store they will order online for you. They did for us.

Some say change is for the better, but I feel different. I use to love to shop at all JcPenney stores, but now the stores are going straight to household items. What happened to all the beautiful clothes the company use to sale? I liked it better the old way.

The dressing rooms were SO unacceptable, packed with clothes so much that there was no where to hang or even set clothing that I wanted to try on. Always a long wait at the registers here. You can find some great clearance items here though!

Was not treated badly ..the only employee that talk to Me was a young man in the mens department he helped me pick out some glasses for my nephew...thank you so much wish I knew his name so he could train the rest to be like him...

The ladies were so helpful finding correct styles/sizing if we couldnt locate them. They were also friendly at check out giving us a coupon that we didnt know had just come out to help us save more money.

Clean the store with lots of options. The service was pretty good as well. Bring a tall guy I appreciate the big and tall section! They also have some decently late hours, big help!
