I have shopped at many Ross in several different states. Can I say this is the WORST one I have ever been to. I have been shopping this specific store since it opened. It seems bare almost everytime I go but the real reason Im writing a review is how about the RUDEST staff! The cashier most of all. She seems as if she hates her job. She barely speaks to you ignoring most of your questions or anything you even say to her. When she does speak its rude and snippy. She doesnt even great you when you walk up and doesnt tell you thank you have a great day when she is finished. I was a cashier for many years and this unexceptable behavior. It pisses me off. Its almost as if the shoppers are a nuisance to the workers. Its a shame cause Ross is one of my favorite stores to shop at. I will not support this behavior and willing to make the drive to a more friendly location. Im not the type of person to bash people on reviews but this is insane and ridiculous!

The employees are rude. They act like customers are just bothering them by shopping or asking questions. I am 8 months pregnant and asked where the restroom was and this lady is just texting and doesnt even take her eyes off her phone, rolls her eyes and curtly replies "dressing rooms" so then I had to wander around and find the dressing rooms to find the restrooms. Then on our way out the texting lady hasnt moved from leaning against the wall and is now smacking her lips and open mouth eating from a zip lock bag of popcorn and rudely says "bye" I did not like this place. It was clean and organized but the employees made me want to just rush out of there. Do not recommend

Call this store to see if they hold items. She stated yes we hold items until close. She said you probably could try a store closer to you, they should have the same items. Call the other store they dont have the item. Call this store back, ask her to go ahead and hold the shoes for me, she said I cant leave the area. Then she said, oh I can have a manager do it. The manager gets on the phone and said were not a department store we dont do that. So I said, why was I told you hold items? Why did she say you would get them? She said sorry they gave you that information. I hung up the phone. So sick of lazy/sorry customer service!

Very terrible service, only person who spoke to us was the loss prevention girl , very lovely and friendly.. but the cashier was rude she didnt greet us, she snatched he receipt off the thing and didnt give me my bag I had to reach over the counter to get my own bag, please dont ever go unless you want to get pissed off, this is not the first time I had a bad encounter with one of the cashiers, if you have gas and money I would advise you to take that drive to another Ross .

The stuff there is alright i usually find what im looking for but not at this location. The first time and last time i been to this one their loss prevention cause confusion and irrtation by declaring that everyone in line cant read. Just so rude no other place is like that, Ross is great just not this one. Sad because its closer to me, but im never going back

I went to the Ross Store in Grandview, MO yesterday and there were no Handicap parking spaces anywhere near the store. I have a disability right now in a walking cast; so finding a close place to park was impossible. I told the young lady that greeted me at the door I would not be shopping at this location again until something is done about the parking.

Not sure what happened, but this location has gone to pot over the past two months. Their Size 12 and up shoe section has been bare for a month. Every time I ask when a new shipment is coming, Im told theres an unprocessed shipment in the back. A week later, the shelves are still empty.

Rude employees. Worst Ross I have ever been to. The loss prevention lady gave us a hateful look and spoke to the people in front of us and behind us. On our way out, she spoke to the people in front of us and completely ignored us. Wont be back again.
