Being a local I am sad to say, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! Friday I purchaced a pair of shoes. In the middle of my transaction the computers froze and had to be rebooted. Mind you I had already swiped my debit card and entered my pin. As there were rebooting I decided to check my transactions on my Wells Fargo app. And as I assumed the money had been taken from my account. I showed the person checking me out who then called a manager. The manager explained to me that even though my bank had been charged, the money was not recieved on their end. And that my bank would credit me back once they realize it was incomplete. This was already a frustrating situation because at that point in time my account bakance was dereased but yet I still cant walk out with my shoes! But what do you do you know, I slide my card again. 5 days later Palais Royal is still telling me I only paid once for the shoes on their end. Yet 2 transactions are posted to my Wells Fargo acoount. I am a single mother that works for less than 10 dollars an hour. I worked 5 plus hours for that money, I know where it goes and I want it back! I have send this to my claims department. Even so waiting 10 days for MY money makes me quite angry!
