Me and my friend walked into an Express store to buy a suit for our friends wedding on Sunday and we were in a hurry, it took us 10 min to select a suit. After paying the bill I asked the saleswoman for a carry bag for my stuff,she refused to give and moreover she was not polite and she was very very rude . I asked her to say politely she is not even caring my words. This was the worst experience while shopping I ever had. BAD ATTITUDE

The Country Club Plaza - Express has one of the largest Express mens clothing selections in Kansas City. This location seems to always have the newest inventory and keeps their store well organized. The manager is amazing; she has trained her staff to provide a specular shopping environment.
