I had the same experience that Mickey L had. I went in there on Mothers Day 2017. Not one person said anything to me. The lady that choose to not say anything greeted the woman that came in after me. This irritates me because I work in the plaza part time at Sur La Table and I make sure I greet everyone even if Im with someone. Saying "Hi" goes a long way. I dont like to go places Im not wanted. HUGE coaching opportunity.

Didnt get to have an experience. Walked in with my grandson to purchase ties and scarfs for my husband. Not one person greeted me or offered to help me, even though I looked lost. I watched all 3 employees greet the people after me, offer to help the people next to me and around me. Racism at its finest. Thanks again Plaza J. Crew for NOTHING. 2:01 P.M. on Monday June 20th
