Had a facial about two weeks ago. In the past I had always enjoyed my experience. I was supposed to get the hot stone rub on my arms, I just got a little on my shoulders. The person giving me the facial rub the same cleanser on my face, in the same routine three times. She did to a couple of extractions. Not worth the money this time. Very disappointed because in the past this was the best place to get a facial.

I have gotten to know all of the girls there personally. I am a retired teacher so I have actually taught a few of their children. I really like that it is a friendly and family-like atmosphere. They are always accommodating when I have to change an appointment and the receptionists are very good.

I have been going to Merle Norman for at least 30 years now. The atmosphere is definitely my favorite part about the salon and why I have been a client for so long. There are other places much closer to me, but I choose to drive that extra time because I love the staff and service so much.
