To complain about them go to the BBB under "Prime Communications" in Sugar Land, TX. I did. Someone even attempted to alter my review there. In the store, bait and switch to an unlimited small business plan which was not cheaper and had worse benefits than a personal one. They sold me the Galaxy S8+ claiming they had one in store, finished the paperwork for the phone and the new plan and then told me that the store had no S8+ in stock and would have to get one which did not come in until the next Wed. Then I found out the business plan was bad and cancelled. On another occasion they sold me an ipad with my AT&T plan which turned out to be defective. We were told in the store to remove certain applications from the ipad and if that did not work, they would replace the ipad in the store. We did this and came back and they said that they could not replace the ipad at the store. Very deceptive sales tactics at this store with out right lying. I was on the phone for hours and hours with AT&T to straighten out the mess.

Worst experience ever. Have been dealing with them for 2 plus months and getting charged for Ipad that I dont even have. There Regional Mgr/supervisor wont return phone calls. Have called ATT support from store and even spoken to ATT manager who has done nothing. The store phone number doesnt work because its been disconnected. How can a store operate like this, ATT is a huge company and they have a store that is completely making them look like fools. The Corporate store up the road didnt even want to try and help and said thats what I get for going to a ATT retailer. I mean come on, 10 year customer and you dont want to do the right thing. Stay away from the retailers, per ATT corporate store reps they just get your money and dont follow through and then they get paid while you have to deal with the mess. What a mess this has been, 2+ months!!!!

I walked into the AT&T in the Melbourne mall just to look at phones when Chris approached me and started to help me. Even though I told him I had verizon, Chris was very knowledgeable about the plans and was able to convince me to switch over to AT&T. I just received my IPhone 6 and I am very happy with the service. Chris made the transition very simple and easy, also helping me to save over $50 a month and get a better plan compared to when I was with verizon! I switched to the Uverse service which I love. I was so happy with my experience that I now have another family member switching to AT&T. I would recommend this store to anyone of my friends and family, the team at this store is awesome!

My boyfriend and I came in to this location on 8/13 around 5:40 PM. We knew they were closing soon, and we were those people...:( . Angel greeted us immediately and asked if she could help. We knew we wanted new phones, just werent sure which kind. When she told us about the Samsung deal, we couldnt say no. From start to finish, Angel and Bailey her coworker were both professional and knowledgeable on the products. I didnt even realize that Angel was in training until much later on. Just wanted to say Thank you for not making us feel rushed, and doing an amazing job. Customer Service skills at this location are great!! Thank you Bailey and Angel for staying until almost 8:00 PM.

I was passing by in the mall, and had a question I thought could only be answered by a "corporate" store. I stopped in to ask if they were a corporate store, or an authorized agent - turned out they were an agent. Didnt matter, because they helped me even though they werent a corporate store... they were friendly, and as helpful as they could be even though they knew I wasnt planning to buy anything - thats very refreshing to see in a business! Kudos to these employees for going the extra mile to help an AT&T customer.

My son gave me his phone, so I needed a nice smooth transfer of contacts etc, and Angel provided me a seamless swap with a smile. All for free! Then I asked if AT&T has a Direct TV plan for snowbirds yet. She gave me the happy answer and even took notes for me (to start when I retire). Others on the AT&T team chimed in when not busy. 1st class service. And Im getting exactly what I need. Yay AT&T (my phone partner for all my life).

This store teaches the associates to lie to the customers and say whatever they want to hear just to make sure they get the commission on the sale. Then you get your bill and it is way more then the sales associate told you. That amazing sales associate signed you up for all types of stuff saying it was free but it wasnt. My bill was supposed to be $180, its $500. Big difference. Go to a corporate store, not this store.

Extremely professional and persistent with answering my questions. Not only did I pick up the new phone but she also helped me sort out some direct tv payment issues Ive been struggling with. 5/5

Business account messed up from day 1. Although staff were nice, they refused to resolve our billing issue and kept deflecting to customer service. In turn, customer service deflected back to the store. Account opened in November 2016 and our bill issues are still not resolved! I will NEVER buy from AT&T again.

The melbourne mall store has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. Every emoloyee has been wonderful and is very knowledgeable. The manager Judson Ford has not only been a pleasure to work with but has always steered me in the right direction. This is the only store I will bring my business.

I loved my experience at the New Haven AT&T Store the staff was extremely professional, polite and friendly. All my needs were met and they were not pushy like most places. This is the AT&T store to go to. **I also purchased digital life its Amazing as well as U-verse. Its the way to go!

I went in to upgrade my phone but was unaware that I had the 32 g vs the 16. I was sold the 16 and dont have enough room on phone. Went back in to change it and was told it couldnt be done....called corporate and they said it should heave been done...still in limbo...lousy service

Beau took wonderful care of me and explained everything that was taking place during the transaction. If you go here I highly recommend you see him for your cellular needs. He also transferred everything to my new phone and made sure I knew everything about it when I left.

Zach sucks accused me of stealing a 4s iPhone (that my dad gave me). He was not knowledgeable or helpful. I practically had to beg him to get off his phone and help me. Seriously, I expect better service! My family has been with AT&T since 2010!

Went into this store and had the best experience!!! Chris had a warm welcome, he was kind, and went out of his way to help me get a phone that I loved and could afford. I will definitely be coming back. Cant get better service.
