THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! Brought an iPhone 6 with a cracked screen to have the screen replaced. Should have known I was in for a headache when I saw that the screen was raised when compared to the rest of the phone, when I asked about it the owner told me it was due to it being a 3rd party component and only official Apple screens would sit flush and apple does not sell their screens to other companies to do repairs. In less than 2 weeks the lcd went bad, I paid for a second screen because I was told that the phone probably dropped and the damaged lcd voided the warranty. In another 2 weeks I had to show up again because the new screen was actually peeling up and away from the phone, this was covered by their warranty and I picked up the phone an hour later having been told that they replaced the screen. A couple of days later the screen started to pull up again, I went back to them on Wednesday November 18th 2015 at 11:30 am and one of their employees checked the screen out to see if it was still under warranty. He said that the screen was still under warranty but that their tech would not be there for another hour, I told him I would be back on either Friday or Saturday. When I returned on Saturday, I was told the the screen not under warranty because the bottom of the lcd (the point that was still attached to the phone) was damaged. When I stated that one of the employees had checked the phone out when I came on Wednesday and said it was at the time, I was told he didnt know what he was talking about because he was only working their for 2 months and didnt how to see if the lcd was damaged. I came back the next day (today November 22nd 2015) and spoke to the owner, the employee who checked the phone out on Wednesday was there and told her that the lcd was not damaged when I brought it in but the response I got from her is that because the lcd is damaged now even with her employee vouching that it was not when I tried to do a warranty exchange that she would not honor her warranty. To add insult to injury she called mall security on me because she said I threatened her by saying that if she did not honor her warranty I would post online that her company sold me an inferior, defective part and that her company does not honor their own warranty.

DONT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! The owner of this franchise location will NOT honor the guarantee and will flat out accuse you of lying. Just after 12 days from purchase I went back and showed the owner how my tempered glass iPhone6+ protective cover was eroding at the edges. Clearly a product defect. She immediately accused me of dropping or hitting the phone which it never happened. Then she called security when I became upset with her accusations. I waited for the security as I wanted to ask them if I was allowed to bring a sign telling my story in front of the booth. They never came. But I have no intention of bringing a sign to the mall; I was just taken by surprise by that owner’s attitude. She didn’t honor the guarantee and now she will be facing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Franchise committee. Not to mention this story becoming public in many social media spots. Help supporting honest business by avoiding business such as this location at the Pembroke Lakes mall where the owner not only does not honor a guarantee but also insults her customers this way. This is how she does business and who she is so sooner or later this will happen to you too.

First time ever at this store I got some gift cards for Christmas and wanted to buy a Dolphins case the attendant named Temí of course was very friendly and helpful he told me the case was 30 plus the screen protector which was another 20 he proceeded to tell me the case I picked was for iphone7 but that it would probably fit. He put the case on and said yes it does we made the purchase and went on our way. Well he never told us the iphone7 doesnt use headphones so my headphones didnt fit in and I need it for school. We went back to the store and this man lied all the way through told me to go to the other neighbor store across the mall to exchange the case cause they had the dolphin one there we get there the didnt have it what they had was a machine to make the design but the person who could do had stepped out and wouldnt be back for another hour or so. We called this Temi guy back and he kept telling us he would call us back he was trying to avoid us. Finally the other store came through and helped us out but I will never purchase anything from this man again! He is a lyer and a thief!

This a great business I highly recommend coming here to get your phone case! I bought my case her about 3 months ago and Im constantly dropping my phone and this case has saved me every day since. I just went there today to change it because I seriously abuse my my case so I needed a new one lol my phone was safe but since I dragged the case through the mud I decided to get a new one . As soon as I walked up the same girl was there who remembered me and she ended up giving a better price for being a returning customer! Will say that they need some more colors but other than that I really like this place and would advise to come here for a case that protects your phone from life !

Was told that I could get my case exchanged at any Cellairis in Florida if I did not like it. I tried to do so, only to find out the policy is that I have to return to the original one I went to. I bought this in a different city that I wont be going back to anytime soon. Im going to try and dispute these charges or contact corporate, but I was fed misinformation and I want you all to be aware. Also, they will not answer their phones. Irresponsible service.

Worst customer service experience. I walked into the store was looking for employee to help, saw this kid named Jamil and asked him for assistance. He responded with could you "hold on sec" he was on his phone apparently too busy for a customer. When he was done he sounded impatient and completely unhelpful in the end I just walked out of the store.

Went to get my phone fixed a week ago. Screen was not put on correctly and now my phone is cracked again WITH A LIFEPROOF CASE! called in to see if they could fix it because it was there fault and they said it was the case that made the phone crack. Never going back again and I would advise you not to go either. They have amateurs fixing phones.

I had a great week with Cellairis. And not only was the customer service great. But Tiffanie, the Head Technician, was amazing. She made me feel like she was concerned and cared about me. And assured me that I was in good hands. Which gave me so much confidence. And for that I will definitely return and recommend anyone to come as well.
