Called ahead to find out the hours. The lady did not know the hours and thus told us the wrong hours. So we showed up when they were closed, went back, and the phone she said was in stock was not. But, before any of that was gotten too..she was on the phone the ENTIRE time concerning her own phone. Arguing with the lady back and forth about her own "pics" and had nothing to do with the business. She ignored phone calls on the business line..basically ignored us the entire time even though I asked specifically for two phones that I called ahead and were told were in stock and was ready to start two plans. Totally unprofessional. Did not greet us or say goodbye upon entry and exit of the store. Did not look up at us, say excuse me or hold on a moment..anything of the sort. She just fiddled with her phone with her big nails and basically let us circle around in that tiny store for almost 25 minutes until we walked out in frustration. She had no care or concern of making money for the business. We were going to buy 2 new phones which we have done that are reviewing from now from a different location. I have purchased many phones from this location and the guy that used to work in there was so great and helpful but this lady is total drag on your business. BTW, why would I have to pay TWO $30 activation fees for each phone PLUS the insurance was mandatory..yet when I bought the phones from a Best Buy Mobile store in the mall and they didnt charge either??

This store employees underhanded sales tactics. And has a 45 dollar "restocking fee" My sister had a problem with a phone she bought at this store. (it wasnt charging) she brought the phone in the sales person promptly told her the phone was water damaged and without so much as connecting it to a charger, sold her a Kyocera Hydro for 75 dollars. (20 dollars more than the boost moblie website offers it for) Two days later I inspect the so called "Water Damaged" phone. The water damage indicator was indeed light pink however the phone charged fine. Long story short she attempted to return the phone sold to her under false pretenses and was charged a 45 dollar restocking fee (60 percent of her purchase)

So I just got a call from collections...two years later from me filling out an application and knowing that the lease was bogus and way overpriced I walked out without a phone now 2 years later and getting a call saying I owe money because this company told SmartPay that I walked out with a phone stay away from here if I could give them zero stars I would. So now I am reporting them to the police affidavit will be necessary for this situation.

Stores are NEVER open on time to pay our bill. Doesnt accept payment over the phone. Service absolutely SUCKS! Lose connection multiple times per day..lose calls etc. Tell your employees to get to work on time so i can pay my bill! I have a job too & not all day to wait! I would never recommend boost to anyone!
