This used to be my go to place when I was low on cash and needed a loan. I was always treated with respect and anytime I felt I was being offered a shady amount they would do their best to negotiate something a little better. I have been doing business with these guys for the better part of the last ten years and they have profited thousands of dollars from me. Problem is as of late they have had a bunch of policy changes that make very little sense. Some examples... No longer accepting car audio?!?! The pawn industry was built on car audio! Putting each individual ítem on a different ticket so they can charge you loan and setup fees on each individual item! Offering more money on second time loans and never honoring it. (False Advertising) Only offering a max amount of $100 on any laptop even if its worth $3000!!! Or not being able to take a laptop in on loan because your name is not the administrator account. This policy would kind of make sense, but I bought the laptop from them, have the receipt, the password is my name and the Manger specifically remembers me buying it cause when I bought it I found out it was broken and when I brought it back in 27 hours after I bought it to return or exchange they refused because I didnt buy their over priced warranty that was never even offered! So I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars to fix it! They change their policies from day to day and no longer provide the service that used to leave me feeling good when I walked out of their doors. When I said something to the manager Emily about my dissatisfaction I was told sorry but not sorry "its a cut throat business". Today was my very last time doing business with them. I will take my thousands of dollars to a company who cares about their customers instead of wanting to cut my throat! Dont come here unless you like being upset and wasting your time.

I have purchased several items at the Pawn Shop. I received some good deals shopping here. I compare my prices I offer to Stuff on 82nd Street. This Pawn Shop generally marks up their prices quite abit on the equipment they sell. I do know that they are always willing to listen to any offers that you give them on just about anything they sell. The only problem I have is that they directly will tell you that they will gladly sell an item on e-bay to get like $5.00 or $10 difference on an item. I think that is poor management practices to tell their potential customers that they will gladly sell an item on e-bay other than try to make a fair deal locally. Anyway, everything I purchased from this Pawn Shop was either marked down and or the price was negotiated by me. Why does this Pawn Shop mark their prices up so high that they eventually have to discount the items around close to the fair prices? This company has the right idea on what they should be doing. However, they need to start focusing on what they are doing in the future. This is a good place to score some good deals. But you have have to cautious and know what you are doing. Otherwise this shop will burn you everyttime. Buyer Beware!

Worst place ever and Ive been to another USA Pawn in Gresham thats awesome I mostly buy but at times get a loan so I know both sides, they give you almost nothing for the item you need a loan on and when you purchase its not a fair price Id rather buy new for their prices and they have the strictest refund policy I will NEVER ever go to this location again Im willing to waste more gas going to gresham to get a good working item at a fair price rather than being scammed by these scums bags who work at this location rudest clerks and even bigger jerk of manager even the gresham location agreed, the manager at 181st and stark Anthony is one of the best, friendly and direct to the point great guy.. so if I were you id head on over to Gresham where the customer service and prices are awesome...or ANY other location also did you notice how immature the staff is working there like are you for real responding to a customer via google great job real pro that you are.

Always have had an overall good experience when I bring in an item to pawn. Exceptional prices for products being sold, but keep in mind usually good prices for quality items will affect the appraisal of your items you bring in as well when trying to get the most out of your valuables.. On the other hand I feel customer service can be just as important as the product/service a business is selling, called a few minutes ago and was honestly surprised by the help I received, given it being a busy time of day, and looking back couldve probably just searched for that pink slip to find out the same info.. None the less the employee was more than happy to give me the information. Inspired me to write a review which honestly I never take the time to write a decent one. So overall USA Pawn has my business, and will continue to do so, and would recommend checking them out if passing by!

Used to go here when I had things to sell/loan, instead of going to one of the other 4 pawn shops on McLoughlin. Never had a problem until I went there one day (I hadnt been there for over 7 months) I was wanting a loan on my Wii. Which I had loaned before & gotten back. They told me they were only loaning on stuff that had been loaned before and I told them it was so then the jerk said that I was not allowed to sell or loan anything there.. Tf?! Why?! 8-9 months ago I had no problem. Now all the sudden Im flagged? Made no sense I never did anything wrong. Never sold anything stolen. They just didnt want to do their job & made up some bs. Really unprofessional, rude, they give you like 15% of half of what your item is actually worth. & They make people feel beneath them. . . Really where would they be without the customers ? Definitely out of business.
