Ridiculous! I bought a nice little ring for $20. They said for $5 I could get it sized down. They would have to take it to the Beaverton store to get it done and would have it back in a week. They said they would call. They never did. I called over a week later and they said it wasnt back yet. Another week went by and I took my Mother in there to shop for a ring. They said she would have to take it to the Beaverton store to get it sized down. Didnt charge her a dime to get it re-sized. Guess they liked her more than me. I asked about my ring and they said they couldnt find it so it must be on its way to the other store. Another two weeks went by and still no word on my ring. I called the Hillsboro store and they said it was there and hadnt been sized. It was there the entire time! I went and picked it up to bring it to the Beaverton store. They said it would be ready on Friday (two days) and they would call me. No call on Friday. I stopped in on Saturday and it was ready. There is always a long wait at Beaverton because they dont have enough people. They need to work on their customer service!!! Ridiculous!!

My fiance came in today to Hillsboro Pawn and the cashier looked at the set of Skil Saws(3) all of them only used once and the cashier went up to ask this lady who seemed to be the boss and looked at the set for merely a glance and said 20 dollars then went back to her computer! Totally rude and unprofessional. She didnt even care to look them up on the internet for a price.

There are some good deals if you are buying yes. However, if you plan to bring in a guitar of significant value dont waste your time.. The individual didnt speak very good English and just entered what he thought the guitar was in EBay for reference.. needless to say I went elsewhere with Knowledgeable staff.. Good luck!

I sold a $120 guitar to them for $60 and that was fine. I just walked out now because they offered me $20 on a $250 guitarn kinda wack! Maybe it has to do with the fact that my wife sold the cheaper one to them. I wouldnt shop there either since they have $15 Gerber priced at $30.

Drove an hour an a half to hillsboro pawn because i was told there was a rifle there for sale that i was wanting to purchase that day, got there to find out it was sold last week! Ridiculous!

Ive dealt with these guys quite a bit. Theyve always treated me pretty fair. I sell more than I buy and they always buy thing the other pawn shops dont or they offer me more $$!!
