Cant say enough about the great service we were provided at this branch. We purchased a ring that had a minor flaw and the manager, Amanda, and Sales Associate, Milan, were completely committed to our satisfaction. It is rare to experience this level of professionalism and we are very grateful. The ring was fully replaced and in quicker than expected time. Thanks Amanda and Milan!

Got the ring quick but the setging wasnt finished then i went back to get it fixed and sized well they sized it but they screwed up the setting .... it was already overpriced then i had to make multiple trips and dont go to kay unlesd you want to blow your hard earned cash

Service was so slow. Waited for 15 minutes at the front check out area and it wasnt even that busy. Multiple employees were helping a single customer and they started to help other customers that got in after me. Very unhappy with my last visit.

We walked in, had enough time to look at every display case, and never received any help. Ended up walking out without being able to get a serious look at anything. There were only two other customers!
