My husbands wedding band broke and we have the lifetime warranty so took it in to get replaced. It was the middle of September we took it in and was given a "promise return day" of October 7th!!! Well its now October 19th and they are still saying 3 more weeks. What is the point of having a "promise return date" If your promise is no good? Very disappointed!!!! Whats the promise for then? Any where else would try to make it right if they cant keep there word!!!!!!

Surprisingly great store. The few times Ive needed assistance or had a question Ive been helped quickly, courteously, and with professionalism you rarely see anymore. Ive had dealings with a manager there, as well as who I think was the Electronics manager, and both were very polite and a class act. I have never reviewed a retail outlet like this but this Freddys has never let me down.
