I dont like dealing with pawn shops. I do so only when I have to when times get tough financially. However after dealing with many pawn shops throughout the country, I have found USA Pawn and Jewelry to be one of the most pleasant places Ive ever dealt with. Angela, the manager is a delight to work with but all the employes are great to work with. I especially like a gentleman, who I believe his name is Jay. Hes a husky guy but he always goes above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Ive had to ask for a number of considerations from these people and they always accommodate me. The customer service is wonderful and it makes the usual pain of giving my money away a lot less painful. Its just nice knowing that they really do have the customers best interest in mind. And the prices of things are very reasonable. Thank you USA Pawn and Jewelry!!

I pawned a firearm at this location before moving down to the Virgin Islands to take care of my brother who was in a diving accident. I paid it off in full through mailed cashiers checks, $600 worth on a $3000 msrp firearm. I asked them to hold it for me and if at any point they needed me to come back to retrieve it, to call, email or write me (I gave them all this info). I wrote at least two letters trying to find out if everything was kosher, no answer. I walk in today and find that they lost their insurance to carry handguns, shipped my firearm to Texas, and was unable to provide the $500 base price I had paid back. NOTHING. I cannot stress enough to avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely sick to my stomach with the negligent business dealings of this company and will never do business with this location or company in the future.

I love this store for two reasons. The first is the manager Angela, she is very friendly, helpful, courteous, and nice to look at for sure. The selection they offer is always changing and I enjoy dropping in as often as possible to see what is new. I dont pawn things but enjoy buying others peoples unwanted thing at great prices, so this is a good place to go for what ever you might be looking for. They have sales on various items that are always going on. When it comes to pawn shopping this is always my first stop. If for no other reason stop in to see Angela she will always make your day a little brighter. Thanks for the great service you rock Angela!!!

Horrible new management. Was a long time customer but took my business somewhere else. There has been an overwhelming amount of new employees and management over the past 8 years. After speaking to the District Manager in Beaverton I can see why. Does not want to provide any reasonable customer service. Very unprofessional to make several customers wait 30 mins after opening time because you havent done your job to get the store ready on time and to tell me to go somewhere else if I dont want to wait. Will never step foot in another USA Pawn. Their loss! Found a much better pawn shop to purchase from.

Decent customer service. Although my recent trip today I was told I would get $14 for an item and $4 for another. When handed$ 15 total the manager tried saying she told me $11 & $4 , and said $15 total . The number 15 was never mentioned in our conversation. She said no I told you that....but how would I have thought I was getting $18 back, the decisioncmaker for me to say yes in the first place....I would have declined $15. She said sue could cancel it or I had to be okay with the amount she gave me. Thats cheap of her to play me like that and not honor her word. Not sure Ill come back .

place was terrible. i waited with no help and no one in front of me for 10 minutes. when finally helped the guy at the counter had zero knowledge of what i was selling, but assured me he knew what he was talking about. he proceeded to low ball me until i left the store. i do not know how these people get business acting the way they do. needless to say i will not be going back, nor with i be directing anyone near there. baseline pawn in cornelius is only 5 minutes away and they are a pleasure to deal with!

I been to alot of pawn shops, in general pawn shops have thier own look and feel, the way that they depict themselves in movies and history, this pawn shop breaks that mold, awsome sevice they provide, most people complain about prices, but who are u to judge if its expensive if you dont really know, i judge as a place to look and judge yourself, my opinion i go thier on a regular basis 4 to 5 times a week and find incredible deals 3 of those 4 times. awesome place great service i wouldnt go anywhere else.

i love these guys i have bought and pawned a few items and i have even forgot about a few of my pawns and when i realize it i run down and thank god its there and im able to save it no extra charge they rock and i have bought a few pieces of jewelry and always far good prices and quality and the guarantee is awesome and you dont pay extra so far everyone has been awesome to me but Angela is by far a rock star she knows her stuff keep up the awesome work guys thanks

I called USA Pawn today to see how much they would give me for a 100 oz block of silver. At first the fellow said $20.00. I asked, "Is that per oz?" He said, "No. for the 100 oz bar." When I get finished laughing at him he recomputed and said, "I got my numbers wrong. We will give you $500.00 for it." I still laughed and told him that I could get $1,800.00 for the same 100 oz bar at Baseline Pawn. He still would not go above $500.00. This place is a RIP OFF!

I have dealt with USA Pawn quite a bit. The only positive thing I have to say about them is the manager Angela is WONDERFUL!!! Shes always very helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly! Oh, shes pretty easy on the eyes too! ;) EVERYONE ELSE THAT WORKS THERE SUCKS @$$!!! Theyre always rude, cocky, ignorant, and sitting around in a circle jerk ignoring the customers! The only one thats on their game is Angela! Shes the ONLY one Ill deal with!

Although the prices might be a bit high, they are still negotiable and are willing to price match. this is the pawn shop to go. the Employees where very nice and helpful except for the old man there very harsh and rude. I had never been to a pawn shop before and needed some major cash they were great and wont step foot in anywhere else. I have built a relationship with them and get what I want.

They are AMAZING! Always fair and they go above and beyond every time I go there. Its not easy to give someone your wedding ring so you can feed your family for the week, and they are always nice, understanding, and trust worthy. I have been coming here for years and The current managment and staff is the best they have ever had. I never go anywhere else and I recommend them all the time!!
