This is about the Gresham Store: I was a returning customer and had the same equipment as before. It is very unlikely I will ever return to do business with your store. I brought a power washer into the store to borrow money on the item. The clerk was rude while he asked if I brought a hose with me and I replied no. Hes said he couldnt test it with out a hose. (I and many other people I know never heard of a pawn shop with out a hose to test equipment by the way). He continud to inspect my p/w and I had the pull cord pulled off. I installed the pull cord and returned to the store. After the 5th time of load unload the pump out of the back seat of my 07 Mustang, entering the store with a raised voice the clerk asked if I brought a hose. I proceeded to the counter and as I did the man was yelling at me literally yelling. I said to the man not returning his attitude "give me a break, Im in a Mustang and there is not room for it in the car and I nneded to leave this here with you for 10 minutes while I go get the hose." His response was I could not leave it here and that is not how things work ... The event was humiliating and undeserved. Im not a poor man nor am I in lack of brains. Ive been in this part of town for over 35 years running a very well known and good reputation business on Stark Street. And a vast majority of my clients are yours. Ill never send some to your business again and Ill never return there myself. In fact I may add it to my contracts that not doing business with you is part of the terms.

The lowest low-ball offers of any Pawn Shop in Portland. Very unprofessional, with special mention of the little brunette whos missing some major customer service skills and chromosomes. Unless of course customer service is defined as "your lucky we let you pawn or re-pawn here," after you call her out on pulling someone elses items for yours or screwing up tickets and in turn charging YOU for it and being told its YOUR FAULT you didnt catch her mistakes. 90% of the time Ive tried to redeem items, or have witnessed somebody else trying to redeem an item, they either A) pull out somebody elses belongings B) They already pulled your item and gave it to someone else or C) They pulled your item and sold it when they were supposed to pull something else onto the sales floor. Time after Time; if your not patient, this isnt the place for you. The Force Be With You if your intending on getting your items back or want your your pawn tickets written up correctly and not getting charged when they screw the tickets up. The Pawn Shop is not the right gig for the little brunette; Id say McDonalds, but if you ordered a cheeseburger, you would get McNuggets, told her mistake was your fault and then get up-charged for it!

After spending 15 minutes on the phone with an employee, he told me they could offer $130 for my audio gear. Gave him all the model numbers and everything. Explained the specs and whatnot. Its current gear too, purchased less than 2yrs ago. After arriving at the store, the manager offers me $100. I said his employee had just offered me $130 earlier that day. We found the employee, spoke to him, and he confirmed he told me $130. Then the manager goes "Well Im his boss. I can offer you $100." Whats frustrating is that my 15 minute phone conversation with the employee earlier that day was so that I wouldnt have to uninstall, box up, and bring down all my gear if the offer wouldnt be something acceptable for me. In fact, that was their own employees words himself! Didnt sell my stuff. Never going there again. In fact, I put my stuff on Craigslist and already have an offer for $200!

Do not shop at the Beaverton USA pawn !! Shop at the other usa pawn stores they have excellent customer service. I feel bad for the staff at the beaverton store here. The red head manager looks like he is always miserable and he never smiles . All you have to do walk in and you can spot him.He is the one that will look at you for why you bothering to come in. He will low ball you compare to the rest of the managers from other stores. You can tell he wants you to feel as low as he does.Sad thing is he is the only one that looks like he has crawled out of bed while everyone of his employees very clean cut along with his assistant Manager. Just avoid the red head. You will get better deals from the other usa pawns

Sold me a Remington 700 in .300 WSM after telling me it was a .300 Win Mag. I didnt check the barrel because I assumed a FFL wouldnt lie to your face. The receipt said .300 Win Mag as well. Went back and they would only let me trade it out for a 700 in .270 winchester, which is worth significantly less. Not only that but the .270 had a recalled Trigger and a rusted receiver, ended up losing close to 200 on the deal. I went back in a few months later to see if anything had improved, they were listing a 700 sps tactical in .308 for $850 dollars. That firearms MSRP brand new is $788 and can be bought from any gun store in town brand new for $700. These guys are a bunch of scam artists. Do not buy from them

I was visiting a friend in Beaverton and stopped by. I saw a ring I wanted, they showed it to me and I stared negotiations. we failed to meet at a price. on the way home I stopped back in to buy it. I simply asked to see it again with a loupe. he had the ring in one hand and the loupe in another, asked for my ID. I gave it to him. I then looked over at 2 men looking at other rings WITH NO ID IN THE EMPLOYEES HANDS! I pointed out the discrimination and referred to earlier that day when I saw the same ring and had shown no ID. I want the ring, but refuse to help these assholes profit.

Usapawn And Jewelry is an excellent pawn shop! Every time I step into one of their shops I have been treated great! I always get top dollar for my items, pawning or selling. Im almost always greeted by name.Usapawn always provides a professional, fun atmosphere. I know Susan Gordan personally and she is a wonderful person!, She has always gone above and beyond with her customer service. Watching her interact with her employees is always a treat, she treats them with nothing but respect. In my opinion Usapawn is a fantastic place to get a loan, get a great deal, or work for!!

For anyone that has been in a situation in which you need to pawn something special to you then you know that it can be a very hard time. Anytime that I have been into USA Pawn each and every employee has treated me with respect and empathy. I have read the negative reviews and dont understand these peoples experience this place has made some of the most stressful of times into an experience that I have been able to walk out almost laughing. I cant thank them enough for treating me with respect as I worked through some very hard financial times.
