Kay has been so wonderful to me and my fiance. After proposing, my fiance and I went in to get the ring sized. The ring is a Le Vian piece and it has a very complex band. When the shop sizes the ring, they cut the bottom of the ring and either squeeze it down to size, or add more gold/silver (depending on if you go up or down a size.). Depending on the band, this can cause problems with how the diamonds sit in the ring. Since this band was so complex, after getting it sized a diamond fell out on two occasions. One of the times a diamond fell out, Kays shop replaced it with a noticeably small diamond. The Albany branch was very understanding and had the shop put in a larger diamond. After another diamond fell out, we asked that Le Vian make a new ring in her size because it didnt seem right that so many diamonds were falling out. I think this shop knows us by name by now, and while it might be frustrating to deal with the same customers so often (Weve been in like twice a month since July), they were always willing to work with us and have never complained about us coming in so much. When we got the ring back from Le Vian (the custom ordered one), the centerpiece was a little lighter in color than the original. Albanys branch didnt hesitate to take it to their shop and switch the old centerpiece with the new one.

I have been dealing with Kay in Heritage Mall for years. My wedding that was bought there every 6 months I took it back the diamond who is loose in it. The 6th time I took it back it was because I have lost the main diamond. After waiting for 2 months I finally got my ring back and the diamond was horrible. The manager Stanley in for me that I was going to have to deal. After threatening to kick my husbands ass, I walked out of the store. My husband wasnt even in the store he was on the phone with me.. we had to go through the corporate office and threaten to get a lawyer before they replace the diamond at a different store because Stan refused. I will never go into the Heritage Mall kay again until this man is fired. Hes rude has no idea what customer service is and doesnt understand their own policy of 100% satisfaction guaranteed. On top of that I have insurance for the life of this ring to replace any missing Stone to our satisfaction. Once Stanley is gone I will return back to the store because the ladies that work there were super nice. Until then I will continue to deal with this week people at the Valley River kays. Stanley is a joke of a manager and is one of the worst human beings Ive ever met.

I bought a Neil lane ring from them. I brought it in because the main stone had what seemed to be a cracked in it when I brought it to their attention they just brushed it off like it was no big deal. The guy who sold me the ring in the first place wouldnt even talk to me he just handed it off to someone less knowledgeable who couldnt clearly explain the what the problem was he basically told me nothing was wrong with it. When I told him I was going to take it where else to get it looked at he got defensive asking who and where. I thought the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional and rude.

Worst customer service ever!!! This place is a night mare joke to deal with!!!!!! They honestly lost my familys Dimond, I had to threaten them with calling the police to get my property back from them!!! They treated us like crap too. The managers at the Albany mall are awful to work with as well!!!!!! Will never do business with them again or let my friends and family!!!

I was shopping today and witnessed the district manager fire someone.... In the middle of the mall... So unprofessional! She brought him out of the store and was in the middle of the walkway. If you need to fire someone, I get it, but dont be unprofessional.
