Ryan at High Priestess did my latest tattoo job (he filled in an old tattoo) and did an absolutely amazing job. This is the first time that I havent experienced significant swelling, bleeding, itchiness, scabbing (and in some cases, scarring) after getting a tattoo. Three days later and my skin is baby smooth! All of the swelling went down after a day and this is honestly the first time I havent woken up with my arm or some other part of my body adhered to the blankets due to bleeding/oozing. He has a feather-light touch, is very talented, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Most importantly, he listened when I told him what I wanted and the coloring came out beautifully. All of the detail from the existing tattoo is still visible and he managed to enhance the beauty of the previous artist rather than detracting from it. Hell be receiving my business from now on and I highly recommend him.

Ive gotten my nose done and just recently my lip done by these guys. Tigger is an amazing piercer. She is talkative and friendly and VERY informative. She tells you exactly what she is going to do before she does it so there are no surprises when you get it done. I also love the fact they thoroughly explain the aftercare process instead of just handing you the sheet and booting you out the door. The front desk lady, Blair, is amazing as well. She is kind and she doesnt try to push anything on you like other places might. If you want the simplest most basic earring/nose ring/whatever- she doesnt try to sell you the one higher in price. Their jewelry is a bit more expensive but it is worth every penny. Ive bought the cheaper stuff off the internet or Hot Topic and my body rejects it but Ive never had a problem with theirs. I would highly recommend them for all your piercing needs.

The place is very clean, yet that is about all that is good about high priestess. I went in to get a piercing, and was told the wait would be about an hour. An hour passed, then told it should only be another half hour. This followed until 3 hours had passed, at which point I left. A different time, I got a surface piercing to add to the one I already had to my neck, and the piercer put it in crooked. 4 months later I came back in because I could not remove the gem. Again, an hour wait (said it should be only 20 min) and the piercer couldnt even get it off! She said I should come back in another time when a male piercer would be in. Learned my lesson!

My friend went for a sale. They said the sale was $10 per piercing. Its more if they mess up and have to re-pierce! You must buy their overpriced jewelry. On the phone they said the jewelry is priced $16 and up. After picking out beautiful earrings which turned out to be $150, we asked about the $16 pair. Turns out they were sold out. The cheapest they had were $32 for each INDIVIDUAL platinum stud earring. We felt cheated for being enticed on the phone with stretched truth. Just be honest and level with us please. I feel bad to give a bad review, but if money is at all an object be very skeptical of your business here!! Hope this helps.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Last October I went to high priestess to get a microdermal implant behind my ear (very simple) the guy at the counter argued with me about what kind of jewelry I should get, then the piercer argued with me about where I wanted it! So, beings how he didnt agree with where I wanted the piercing he was sure to put the top on as tight as he possibly could, so it couldnt be removed. Been to a professional piercer 2 times with no success of removing the top! THANK YOU CHRIS!!! I WILL BE SURE TO NOT REFER ANY ONE TO YOU!!!

I walked in to get two black and white, very simple tattoos done and was told that they would not do one (without any reason why) and my other, which was only three words in black and white, would be $120! I then went to another tattoo shop down the street and was told how I could fix my one tattoo that I was told could not be done, and they did it and did my three words, all for $100! By far the better tattoo shop and I will never go to these guys again. They want nothing but money.

The staff are all very nice and helpful and are probably the best part about this place. My piercer, Tigger, was very sanitary and professional with my eyebrow piercing. It never once got infected and my experience and final result were both great. However, looking through their tattoo portfolio is pretty disappointing. I dont know who their artists are, but Im not impressed and you probably wont be either. On top of all this, piercings and tattoos very very expensive.

I had a tattoo done here July/8/09, done by Denise G. Shes freaking awesome, friendly, funny, TALENTED and makes the whole experience extremely comfortable. Great attention to detail! My tattoo came out beyond perfect. Ive had tattoos done at a few other places but Ill be sure to come back to her. Facility is also clean, no smoke smell like some places, great environment, Everyone there is friendly, down-to-earth and upbeat! **Also will do touch-ups**

Tigger did my daughters nose piercing which led me to come back a few days later to have my eyebrow bar put back after missing it for a very long year and a half. Both Chris and Tigger were fantastic people. Shop (including bathroom) is immaculately clean. Piercers use fresh gloves and ask about allergies, medication, and enforce age restrictions! Well worth the prices. I have even returned with my husband to get him piercings.

Jessica was my artist and Im over the top thrilled with the work she did. She is very professional and does great detail work. She listened to what I wanted, and made adjustments along the way. I would definitely get another tattoo from her. In addition, everyone that works there is super friendly. I checked out a few other places and found the vibe to be icy, not so at High Priestess. Highly recommend.

I just recently got three piercings (two second lobe and one cartilage), as well as gauges put in my first lobe piercings. All of this was done by Tigger, who talked me through the whole process as well as gave me good advice. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I liked their selection of jewelry. When I have a little more money I will be going back for more :)

Tigger in the Corvallis shop is a piercing goddess. Weve had dermals, lip and nose piercings and she doesnt an awesome job. They stand by their products. When we had some jewelry start to fade, High Priestess gave us new replacements. Kassie gave my wife and I tattoos that are just what we asked for. Shes got a good eye for detail and makes clean lines.

The girl at the counter was rude and very unprofessional she sold me the wrong size of gauges and the only suggestion they had was to size up when it was their mistake. I would suggest to never buy jewelry from them if they cant have someone that knows what sizes theyre selling to customers

Doing a college visit with my daughter and she wanted a new ear piercing. Super friendly staff and very clean! They listened to what my daughter wanted and then made very good alternative suggestions based on their experience. Great deal - 2 piercings for $30!
