Years ago I took my elderly dad to Osbornes old location on Litchfield Rd. to check his watch that had stopped running. They were kind, caring and replaced his battery quickly and for no charge! Fast forward about 4 years . My dad passed and left me his wedding band that had the original inscription engraved inside. I took the band to Osborne to have them resize the band for me. Initially Crystal told me that because the band had to be sized down so far I would lose the original engraving but it could be replicated after it was resized. I wasnt sure I wanted to do that so I left so I could think about it for a while. After a few weeks and some second opinions(where they agreed with Osborne) I decided to go back to Osborne and resigned to losing the original engraving. Crystal immediately remembered me and recalled how important the engraving was to me. After giving it a bit more thought she came up with the PERFECT solution. She had the shank with the engraving cut from the band and had a new shank put in sized for me. Then she had them flatten the original shank with the engraving so that we could add a chain to it and create a bar necklace. I ended up with the best of both worlds. I have the ring sized how I wanted and a beautiful necklace made from the original engraving from my dads wedding band. It doesnt get any better than that. Crystal was a joy to work with. Honest, knowledgeable, dependable and friendly. I highly recommend Osborne and in particular, Crystal. They have a customer for life.

My husband and I took a ring we had just bought off someone here to be looked at to see if the diamonds were real and how much it was worth. The lady took it looked at it with her eye piece an then checked it with her tool said she was almost positive it was all real an then asked if she could Polish it up we said said yea and went back an watched her do it through a window. After that she came out and said do you mind if I have someone look over it make sure all the diamonds are tight we said sure an again watched through the window. She then came out showed us the ring an said that it looked great except there was one tiny diamond missing an asked if we noticed that which we stated no. After getting an estimate for the missing diamond an the ring total we left and sat I the parking lot looking at the ring. We are 100% sure that tiny diamond wasnt missing before going into that store. Whether it fell out in the cleaning solution or when they air it off with a high pressure air I dont know but thats the last time I let any jewler take my diamonds to clean or check them.

My family and I recommend Osborne Jewelers to everyone we know. They have fixed our broken chains, replaced stones, sized all of our rings and right now they are helping my sister pick out and possibly custom design her engagement ring, which she is planning on having vintage hand engraving done. My brother-in-law buys his mom and step-mom Pandora charms at the store and he loves that they offer free wrapping. Ive also purchased Christmas gifts there year after year. The jewelers truly do amazing work. My favorite thing about Osbornes though, is that they actually care about helping me. They try their best to work with my budget and have always came through when I came in for a last minute gift that needed some extra work. They are so amazing and helpful! They truly understand the meaning of Customer Service. I went in to try on some new bands for my watch. After having them put it on and adjusting it, I changed my mind and went back to my old band. They did not charge me, even though I offered to pay for wasting their time. Next time I went in to take some links out from my new watch which they did at an affordable price. Then they adjusted it again 2 hours later at no additional charge, believing me even though I tried to show them proof of my purchase previously. I have had nothing but wonderful and fast service here. Thank you all so much!!

Stopped at Osbornes to drop off my watch which had developed a faulty clasp and constantly wanted to jump from my wrist. There were other customers in the store so I anticipated a wait. The minute I reached the counter I received a gracious greeting and a member of their staff inquired as to my reason for stopping in. The problem was explained, the watch removed to the back room, and, five minutes later I was on my way with a repaired clasp and a very good feeling for the personality and service that is Osborne Jewelers! Thank you. Just to make the experience better, there was no charge for their services.

I took my ring into Osborne to have my tips replaced. The work appeared okay until I started to notice the new tips were wearing quickly. I took it to another jeweler only to learn that my diamond was now chipped, the chip was attempted to be hidden under a prong, and that my prongs were not gold as I had paid for. When I went back to Osborne to tell them about the chip, they said to me "prove we chipped it". I would avoid them, they are deceptive about the work, and wont take responsibility when they damage something.

My wife took my vintage watch to be fixed. The customer service was great, the place is very clean and pleasant to be in. The only thing we didnt like is that we were told the watch will be done on a certain day after one week, and we were delayed twice. It ended up taking a total of well over 2 weeks. Also, I paid $75 for replacing the crown only which is overpriced.

Kenneth is an outstanding jeweler! Im from Texas and visited Ken while I was in Arizona because I heard such good things about him. He granted every request I had and designed a beautiful ring that was truly how I Imagined it.
