Took my 14k GOLD BYZANTINE BRACELET IN FOR REPAIRS. I was told it would take a couple of weeks because he had to send it out. When they called two 1/2 weeks later telling me my bracelet was ready, I was so delighted. One link had fallen out, but I retained it so it could be replaced. When I saw what had been done, I was appalled. Firstly, I did not believe it was not the same bracelet I had sent to them. I appeared all yellow gold, where mine had been tri-color gold (rose, yellow, & white). This one appeared all yellow gold. I was so angry, I dismissed that, that perhaps it now bright and shiny,and that the tri-colors were not as vibrant. Anyway,He had soldered together about four link saying that was the best the repairman could do. I asked why I was not informed that his repairman was unable to fix the problem. I would have taken it to someone who could. Iwill never go to this jeweler again, and I am trying to find out if he can be sued.

Went and bought an engagement ring paid $1,400. Went on vacation and decided to go to a couple of jewlers. Showed them the ring , took me right to the exact ring and the cost was $199.00. Wow!! Thats what we get for trying to buy from the locals. Will never trust this place again. They said they order from the same catalog.. This should be against the law.

Definitely would go somewhere else next time I buy a ring, or any jewelry for that matter. Both women that assisted my husband and I on our purchase were curt, unfriendly, and just rude.
