The owner and staff are extremely disrespectful. I went in with my sister to pick up her wedding band. My sister asked me where I purchased my ring, which I told her was Fred Meyer Jewelers. The woman working there overheard me and told my sister, "when you get your ring cleaned, it has to be at a REPUTABLE jewelry store, not Fred Meyers". The one other time I went into the store, the owner treated me like I wasnt worth his time and stopped helping me to help someone who was nicer dressed then I was. I will never step foot into this store again.

I had them design and fabricate an engagement ring, wedding band, and my wedding ring for my upcoming wedding. This place has really good service. I went in and was able to get a great deal on an engagement ring. The ring has excellent workmanship and the costumer service was outstanding. Kelsey at Richard Gretz worked a small miracle with a beautiful, broken silver bracelet I had bought in Ecuador. She came up with a design for some very elegant earrings and then created them from the bracelet, using the bracelet itself as a setting for the earrings. I was delighted with the work, which is unique and beautifully crafted.

Staff is okay however the owner Richard Gretz is not friendly. Actually would never go there again because of my last experience where he treated me like second class. He was very rude and challenging.
