Keith Hinrichsen owned that store for many years before relocating to Arizona where his reputation, quality of work, and integrity prevail. 20+ years later, we are still purchasing our jewelry from Keith and his staff. A special thank you Keith for the beautiful handmade bracelet you made in honor of my Mother. It is a perfect piece of art!

The customer service here is just amazing. My engagement ring setting was loose and I took it in to get looked at. The goldsmith confirmed it was loose and tightened the prongs on the setting. Its good as new! He was very quick and they wouldnt even charge me for it! So sweet! They had a beautiful selection in the store also, I will have to return when I have more time to actually look around. Thank you so much!

I had gone to 2 other places trying to get my watch battery replaced. Finally saw this pop up on google and decided to try it. I told them I was in a bit of a hurry. He was able to replace the battery in under 3 min. Amazing staff very friendly and made me feel comfortable (did not act like sales people). I dont have a lot of use for fine jewelry but if I ever need my watch fixed Im coming back.

I went in to have my watch band length adjusted. The gentleman performing the service was exceedingly polite, accommodating, and quick in his work. Service of this caliber is a rare and precious thing these days. Family-owned stores like these deserve more business. I highly recommend this store, and I will be sure to go there when Im in the market for a new watch.

Wonderful customer service. I called them and they told me to come in with a welcoming tone. Once I did the lady greeted me and helped me, then the man that takes care if the jewelry and adjusting had adjusted my watch in a matter of seconds. Well worth the 14 dollars for the watch adjustment. Im very satisfied.

What a great place! I need a pin put in a watch link that fell out they fixed it and my husbands watch. They also cleaned my ring for free while we waited and also fixed my husbands glasses. They had a lose screw and they fixed it for free!!!! Great place!!

The best store in Phoenix, because of Keith the owner. He is a very talented Jeweler but additionally he is personable and takes time to help you personally if his wonderful staff can not. If you have not been to this excellent store you are missing out!!
