The employees are nice enough and helpful, but it is so hard to get help when you need it. The customer service center usually takes forever because they often have a long line, but when I try to find someone on my own in whatever department I need help in, it often takes 10 minutes or more. Once I gave up looking because I was ill and ended up sitting for 15 minutes on a set of rolling stairs while I waited for someone to happen by.
