As a college student living in France I decided to rely on Twist jewelry store for my Mothers day present this year. I ordered a beautiful, simple necklace with a pearl on it for my mom, which she promptly received in a lovely wrapped box. I was able to write a note to my mom, which Twist hand wrote for me on a beautiful card. My mom absolutely loved the necklace and has not taken it off since then. Furthermore, when I arrived home I found another handwritten card from Twist, this time addressed to me thanking me for my purchase and stating that they hope my mom loved the necklace. My experiences with Twist have always been amazing in the store, and this online purchase was above and beyond. Twist is a wonderful store and I would happily recommend it to anyone. My experience was great.

We were wowed today by the customer service. My husband and I called up today after wandering around lost, and the nicest gentleman walked us through how to get there over the phone, even staying on the phone and even coming out to the corner to meet and greet us, thanking us for coming!!! I really wanted to purchase something from them, but I was not looking for jewelry and jewelry seemed to me to be their specialty. They have a fantastic array of designers--from Todd Reed to Pat Flynn to Cathy Waterman (three of my favorite jewelry designers). I would have given Twist 5 stars except that the atmosphere was a little bland for my taste (not what I was expecting from such a famous gallery). I was expecting an atmosphere with more personality and drama.

Fantastic. My girlfriend and I had been searching for commitment rings extensively -- we wanted something unique, artisan, contemporary but not mass-produced AND on a budget. After many disappointments, TWIST was a breath of fresh air. Laura was so so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable -- never pushy, she made what had previously been a source of stress fun & enjoyable. I should note that as a same-sex couple, shopping for rings can get really awkward in certain jewelry stores. Nothing of the sort here. We found the PERFECT piece and at an uncommonly reasonable price -- below our budget. Whatever it is youre shopping for, start at TWIST!!

Was gifted a pair of earrings that broke after wearing them 3 minutes. My boyfriend went back the next day and they told him he could have store credit since it was broken and we didnt want the same thing to keep happening. Come to find out they lied and a year later will still only give us the earrings and no store credit. The owner has been very rude and unhelpful, saying that she cant break policy. Its her policy? Be forewarned, this owner does not care about the quality of the product she brings in and does not correct mistakes that are her fault because she chooses the venders.

Maura and Akira both made my purchase easy and as smooth as possible. They were very quick to answer questions before, during and well after purchase. I am on the other side of the country but found Twist when looking for a specific designer they worked with and I was comfortable with the entire transaction despite never setting foot in their shop. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
