I ordered a necklace in a custom size from this store. When it arrived in the mail, it was the wrong length. Frustrated and without the time or desire to deal with it, I set it aside. Tiffanys sent me a survey and I filled it out honestly, stating some disappointment with my first experience at Tiffanys being just average. Anne, the store manager, called me right away and offered beyond exceptional service to make the situation right. I cant wait for my new necklace to arrive and after dealing with Anne I have all the confidence in the world it will be perfect! From average to out of this world - those are the kinds of experiences other shoppers should be made aware of.

Great service.Call ahead to schedule an "appointment" which basically means that you can come in right away.He changed the battery on 3 of my watches all within 10 minutes and charged a very reasonable price.I used to go to the Galleria on Post Street, but you had to leave the watch for 1/2 day there and they charged way more.This place is amazing.Ill be back for sure.

Tiffanys is all about customer service and thats what we got. Including, being brought into the managers office for champagne when we bought our wedding bands there. They provide prompt and free cleaning of your jewelry and the people who work there are never snooty and are always very helpful and friendly.

Walked in ready to purchase a necklace I had viewed online - not a single person acknowledged my husband or I for the 20 minutes we waited. Not a hello - be right with you, no eye contact, nothing. Very disappointing experience.

Unbelievable service!! They didnt have what I was looking for in stock. I needed it as a gift for a few days later. The sales lady found it in another location and had it overnighted to me at no charge!! Fantastic service!!

Terrible service. The sales lady treated my fiance horribly. Wouldnt even give her basic input on sizing. Avoid and go to your local jeweler.
