if anyone has ever told you "dont trust a Google review", they are wrong! I read the reviews before I went and I was a bit skeptical. I just moved to the area and was looking for a good place to buy wigs. But I thought perhaps all these negative reviews were written by the same person and they just had a bad experience. I was Wrong. So I walked inside the store yesterday, pleasant as can be- in search of my new wig. I started looking and noticed the prices were slightly higher than normal. Almost $50 for a synthetic wig is unheard of. But I kept looking. Then out of no where, the owner (a lady) just starts yelling at customers. And they begin fighting! One lady said she was calling the cops because the owner took a photo of her. I had no idea what was going on. But I quickly left. It was so akward and I certainly did not want to be involved. When you go to an establishment to spend your money, you want excellent customer service, not to feel like your in the middle of a boxing match. I did not Want to be giving my business to such an unprofessional establishment. It was so awkward and strange. I went across the street to a drama free zone!

Ladies dont purchase any supplies from this Asian women she is such a liar. I Purchase a wig from her A couple weeks ago an it was try rotten wig she had in her storeroom an it got damage. I try talking to her over the phone she hang up. shes nasty, arrogant and conniving she will not give your hard money back because according to her policy she have setup is a FINAL SALE. Like to ripple people with their money But you know what they say ladies God dont like ugly. Whatever you dish out he will come back to you only in God turn. Specially what she sold a damage wig to me I just find out that I am type two diabetes an my hair is falling out due to insulin shots that Im taking. And the saddest thing I have never purchase a wig before. So the ugly and nasty Asian woman and her cashier they both act together trying to rip people off. So ladies bewared of the product that she has in her store and she might do the same thing to you as well. I going to reported to better Business Bureau of what kind of hair Supplies she is selling to the customers an taking their money.

The owner is nasty she sells wigs that are old and dry-rotted, the quality is very bad, her service is terrible..... please if you have any where else to go please do not give this woman your business under no circumstance will she give any refunds or exchanges on anything that she sells even if its bad merchandise, when you call to discuss the problem she hangs up on you as if it no concern to her (if she response and say she was cursed at it is a lie). In summary is not a place to go to buy your products if we continue to let this woman treat customers with no respect she will never change. The lady with the previous complaint is correct she is totally disrespectful to her customers as if we owe her and we are doing her a favor by giving us her business, there are too many beauty supply stores to accept this type of behavior.

This store disrespects customers. I went in to exchange a defective product within the 7 day time limit listed on my receipt. I was yelled at, cursed at, and totally disrepected. I have never been treated so poorly by any store that I have ever shopped at. The owner told me nothing was wrong with the applicance, thus, indirectly calling me a liar. Then she plugged in the appliance it make the loud popping sound I told her it made. They reluctantly exchanged the product but refused to give me a receipt. I refused to be bullied by them and insisted on a receipt. Thats when I was cursed at and asked to leave the store. I left with my receipt in hand. Take a stand and do not shop at this store. Very disrepectful.

Just left this store with the rude ass Asian lady. I am on the phone speaking to my mother about a wig and she tells me to leave the store to finish my conversation because this is not a "public place" as if I was loitering. Please believe you will not be get any sales from me and I will definitely let people know about your rude self. If you want customers you need to treat them respect. Never again.

The older Asian lady that works at this place is so rude! Very unprofessional. How do you work in a customer based business and are disrespectful to the people that want to spend money in your store? You can find cheaper wigs elsewhere. I usually stick to a store based on the interactions I have with the people regardless of the price but this place is a lose-lose situation.

I went into there store cause I was told they have the best prices and I could find the same things I normally would get at Sallys. And my friend was right the gentleman that is there is the owner and was totally sweet and very helpful. I will be coming back here again for my hair supplies for now on even if its a 45min drive for me. Keep up the good work

i had the worst experience at this store, owners are rude, they are not professional and will only service you if they "feel like it". of the few times i was there the owners were always arguing with customers the store is run down and smells. there is a better one across the street. dont waste your time or money at this location

I like this store. The staff did not insult me as they do in many beauty supply stores. They were not particularly nice, but they did not insult me. I like the stock in the store. They have everything. You will do well to go to this store.

Wide product variety. Truly cant stand it when prices are not clearly posted on products for sale. Thats what you get in this store. The owner is sometimey and rude most times. If it wasnt for the lack of options, Id never shop here
