I had recently purchased a few hair dyes to cover my roots. I asked to get the buy 2 get one free code for wella color charm hair dye but the lady told me sorry we dont have that (while it was shown clearly on the aisle/shelf), i bought a few shades because I didnt know the right shade. I asked and I was told I can return it if I havent used more than half of it. When I went back today on 5/30 to return it, the store manager was super rude and said why do you want to return it? How much do you need to return? Why do you keep returning and I told her politely that I was my first time and the hair dyes didnt match my shade. I asked her to apply the buy 2 get one wella color charm free code and she was very rude and then applied it. I told her she can check because i qualified on my original purchase too. She said its an exchange so we cant do it. So i asked her to just return and do a new purchase and apply the code and she was very rude. I was "assisted" by anna and Renee the store manager. Needless to say I will never return to Sally and will not be renewing my membership. If something doesnt work for me as per policy I can return it. Your employees should understand that and should not be rude and mean to customers. I am paying for whatever I bought or returned. It wasnt free!

Terrible customer service and discrimination by a overweight black woman.never ever I will visit this place,looks like those peoples hate Americans, and Latinos,I saw with my eyes the way they talk to other customers,is very sad,,she is a overweight black woman that works there.
