I have love beauty4u for years. I ise to drive to pg or bmore before they opened one in Gaithersburg. Do not go to this one in Gaithersburg. There prices r way higher then the others stores. This store has that one asain guy the is just rude. The need to get ride of him an the store will be great. Those poor girl that work there have to work with looking right over ther shouders the whole time. It actually made me feel uncomfortable. I went in to return something, i had to walk all around the store to have it inspected. On my way back i had the receipt in my hand that man snatched it out of my hand. Gave in additued the whole time. That man even followed me to my car. I still feel like i should should file a report of harassment on him. Never going back here again.

They have a huge selection of products. But they are over priced and I found everything I needed at Salleys for a lower price. They dont have a return policy either. They also only give store credit even for unopened product. The customer service there is horrible. The employees follow you around and the guy there watches you the whole time the lady is checking you out. He makes you feel like a criminal. They are racially profiling black people at that establishment!!

Well organized and many selections. However, they "bait and switch" with prices. The prices on the display are different at the register. Make sure you check your receipts and pay attention to the price displays. They are counting on you to not notice these things.

Customer service is poor. A couple of the workers took turns following me around the store (yes, I noticed) which made me feel uncomfortable. Id rather travel a little further to a different beauty store rather than feeling as if Im a theft suspect.
