I can whole heartedly say that the indan woman working in the shop has no idea what she is doing there. I called in advance to ask if they carried lace front wigs- when I was told yes, I then asked what colors and what lengths and I was told they didnt come in measurements only styles (which I found odd because Ive been working with lace fronts for a while now). When I got there I was helped out immediately, unfortunately I was being helped by someone who knew nothing about her job or just did not feel like doing it that day. When I asked to see a human hair wig, she told me they didnt carry them at first, I then pointed one out that I knew was human hair because I recognized the tag and company- she then realized the entire row which that wig came from was human hair.(the rows are stacked on the wall, the human hair is closes to the ceiling) I showed her on the lace front wigs tag where it says the style name how immediately after it says the lenght. They were trying to sell a Milky Way Saga Remy Human Hair 14 inch lace front for $350. I have own several of the same style wig in 18 inches for $300. I asked the women who was helping me- the same one who didnt know wigs did come in measurements if she would go in the back and see if she had an 18 inch she told me she knew for a fact they didnt have it in 18", I told her I thought that was odd she could be so sure of what measurements the store did and did not carry seeing as she didnt even know they came in measurements to begin with. So seeing as she did not want to go look for a different lenght I asked if she would bring one of the same style in jet black and while she was back there if she would look for a different lenght, she said, "If you buy it off the floor you will get a discount." Not to mention that Im watching a woman try on the displays without a wig cap.. The woman went entirely out of the way to not do her job. I told her I wasnt interested in the display. She went into the back room, and just stood by the door and text.. I know this because I could see her through the circular windows, then came back and said the display was the only one they had. I strongly do not recommend this beauty supply.

I totally agree with the other persons review. They dont know what they are doing there. I had one person who was really helpful a few weeks ago when I was buying a blow dryer and some other things, but my first experience was horrible. The girl didnt want to help me at all and everytime I asked her a question she gave me some generic answer which I wasnt looking for and that same time I was also looking to do a temporary color spray on my hair for the breast cancer walk and the girl was short and rude to me and I said; that I will go to CVS to see if they had anything and she said I can guarantee you that they dont, but if you want to still go over there and look; then go ahead. She was rude as I dont know what!
