Bought hair that was labeled 100% human hair and definitely was not. Stylist Who removed the weave confirmed this. Within the first week the hair was matted and impossible to comb through, despite following all the shop owners instructions for hair care. I did flatiron the hair within the first few days which I think is what ruined it (you are supposed to be able to do that with real human hair), some of the hair I would pull out after brushing would stretch like plastic . I came in to the shop and one of the employees showed me how to brush it and recommended two products which I bought. I followed his instructions over the following weeks and it made no difference. This was my first experience with extensions so the whole time I did not know what to expect. I only had the hair in for about 3 weeks and it was so matted and nasty I had to have it removed. The shop owner was rude and defensive would not offer any kind of discount or consolation. She said she could work on conditioning the hair herself, but it would take a month. She claimed the hair absolutely came from one person, which theres no way that was true because there were many hairs of very different color and texture mixed in. The hair was overall light brown but there were some thick coarse black hairs mixed in. Poor customer service and Poor product.

What a gem! The owner is so friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed, the selection was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable, especially compared to some other stores Ive went to. Ill definitely return soon.

Fantastic. Dee Dee, the owner, was so patient and knowledgeable. She has a big selection of wigs and will alter the wig if you need it. And shes one of the only places open on Sunday!! Definitely going back.
