******BUYER BEWARE OF DISHONESTY******** We drove from out of town to come see the vehicle (yes we did purchase it). It took over 5.5 hours with even having the pre-approval before we came ready to go. Stories didnt line up about how long they had the vehilce, who drove it previously (each person had a different story about each others wife driving it). I think they say whatever they can to the wife to make her feel warm and fuzzy, my wife felt like she was being scammed the entire time. I will say they are just like a used car lot and the reason ppl hate going to purchase a vehicle in the first place. Jeff was our sales person and if you try to stand your grand he will let you know about 5 times that he is the GM of the place. He had written up the paperwork, gave us our amount all in with the trade-in that we had, had us sign the paperwork, send it to our bank, to only say hey I messed up it should have been $1,000 more. This is where the fun began and I told him in my line of work, if I draft up a contract and the customer signs it, its a done deal and I get to eat it, thats life and business. But, as a nice guy I told him I understand people mess up and I will half the amount with you and thats when he let me know he was NOT going to that and he was the gm and his quote was "Im not doing that and maybe we should do business somewhere else." Remind you it was his mess up and I was trying to half the amount with him. I told him I dont care if you are the gm let me speak with owner (Cole). So as I was speaking with the owner, Jeff kept speaking over me so I let him know I am the customer so close your mouth and listen. After speaking with Cole he agreed to half the amount with me. Once we got home I noticed the small blemish on the steering wheel column area and it was peeling off, as I rubbed on it the paint started to come off and then I noticed they had painted the steering wheel and steering horn area. In owning numerous vehicles before I have never seen this done before and especially on how they pride themselves on being a great value dealer with a great reputation with exceptional vehicles, VERY disappointed. I just wonder how many other things were covered up or painted by them that will start falling apart. As we left, Jeff did apologize for losing his temper though. They have great pictures of their vehicles and I think that is what lures people in the door but they are hiding a lot of things from their customers. They are shady and full of lies, but hey I guess thats a used car salesman for you.

Heard of slick Willie? How about slick Jeff, Glen and Jacob? The cast of characters at this used car lot are in my opinion unethical and dishonest, approving a price reduction on the car I purchased of $500 in writing via email and initialing the changes on the original contract that I initialed and sent back 5 business days later after being out of town and then NOT honoring their word!! I worked with their salesman Jeff, who has conveniently since quit working at the used car lot (no wonder I never heard anything back from him after reaching out and never got a copy of the executed contract!!). I have been in sales my whole career. If you offer or say that you are willing to do something, you stand by your word period. In addition to Sign It Drive It NOT honoring their word, there seems to be no real pride in serving their clients or delivering a good product. My car arrived with NO floor mats, RED permanent stains on the interior carpet, Air Conditioning that did not blow cold and only ONE key. I am reasonable and straight forward. I understand that when you buy a 2007 car it is not going to be perfect. I just think that when you sell a car, particularly to an out of State buyer, you disclose things honestly, then there is not a negative surprise upon delivery. If they had told me about each of the above items I would still buy the car. Just no negative surprise at the end. Everyone wants a spare key in case you misplace and I think it is understood that cars typically come with one, and floor mats are a standard staple. Fellas, be honest and let your future buyers know if there are simple items that need to be disclosed. They delivered a dirty car, as noted by the car carrier. Their dealings were sloppy and they refused to take ownership of the commitments that they made. I immediately reached out to them to discuss and work out a resolution but they were not willing. They did send $100 for floor mats, which cost me $115. Nothing for the AC, or to have a spare key made and most of all they will not honor their word on the price reduction. I would recommend that you stay away from this used car lot and look for a more reputable establishment with people that will stand by their word when you buy your next vehicle. They can respond any way they would like to this review, but I would ask if they would want their Mom, Sister or brother to have a car buying experience riddled with lack of discloser and the seller not standing by their work to reduce the price of an car.

Opener: We had a tricky situation for financing but knew that it could be doable. Our car was totaled and needed a vehicle immediately. Sign It Drive It: Plays Games! Deceiving. And was extremely disappointed. James was our sales guy - nice guy but when it came down to it, he did not have our best interest in mind. Hes all about pushing volume and went deaf when I expressed our needs. Once we were "approved", with his finance manager, James played a pee-a-boo game with cars which we had absolutely no time for. He would pull out one car out at a time. He wouldnt even tell us what car he was brining us. Really? After the second car he pulled out, we left. They would not even give us a list of cars that we could choose from given our less than brilliant finance positioning. It was a game we had no time for. They pulled up a Chevy no name SUV with 111K+ miles hoping we would jump for joy. With NOTHING that fit our needs. Trust me, I was very explicit with the features we needed, again James fell deaf to our feature needs. I have been buying cars for over 20 years and the facade of this nice outfit fooled me. Dont get me wrong, great personalities and coffee floating around in there (one star for that). However, when it came to business they were scraping the barrel of their inventory for us and did not listen to our needs. Finance manager did not have the decency to introduce himself and discuss our buying position. Absolutely unprofessional. They lost our business with the pee-a-boo games they played. The outcome: I took my business to another local dealership where they did not need theatrics to sell us a car. The other dealership put our transaction together within an hour. We were treated with respect and despite our less than ideal financial situation. We purchased a pimped out, fully loaded, 2016 car with 30K miles, still under manufacturer warranty too - for less than the payments these guys would have stuck us with. Give them a shot, but it you are in an "imperfect" situation, beware. They will pawn you off with their "ugly friend" as if you were on a double date.
