I have always been apprehensive of smaller used car dealers, so I was very curious when I began my recent car purchase. I was very suspicious up until my plates, registration, and title were all in hand. Now that I have everything and the transaction is complete, here are my final thoughts. Pros: 1. Saved a ton of money over traditional dealerships. a. I paid $6K for an Infiniti that was listed for a minimum of $10K elsewhere. b. Carmax offered me $14,000 for my truck, Best Buy Auto gave me $16,000! 2. Some of the people I interacted with were very helpful and some come across as disengaged. a. Everyone was kind enough; this just isn’t the place that is going to roll out the red carpet. They are very busy. Cons: 1. When signing the papers, one of the forms they were asking me to sign was a “Power of Attorney to Transfer Motor Vehicle”. This is still a huge red flag… even on the form it explicitly states that “The power of attorney cannot be granted to the selling or buying dealer, an employee of the dealer, or relative of the dealer”. Needless to say, I did not sign this form and advise others to do the same! I was tempted to rate them with 3 stars because of the con above, but ultimately decided that I will consider returning for another purchase in the future. So they are a solid 3.6... Best

I found this place on offer up. I honestly thought it was a good place because of the rates but in reality is not. When I got there the car I wanted was gone so I looked at another one. I told the sales person that I need a reliable car. Right after I made my third payment on the car it run hot. I called the car lot to come get it so they can look at it. They told me the motor was blew and its a 4000 job. And said well since you just made a payment on it Ill pay half and youll pay half. I am a single mother I dont have 2000 so I ask would they take payments or would it be added to the bounce I owe on the car. The owner said he could just take three payments thats it and ask me what I wanted to do. He basically said if I dont get it fix I just lost all the money I put in it. I wasnt sure what to do because I know I cant afford to get the car fix and still pay the car note every two weeks. They put me in a lose lose situation. I wouldnt recommend this car lot to everyone not even my worse enemy.

I purchased a Mercedes SUV a couple of weeks ago. It was so easy to deal will all the staff. The car is great. I noticed a small problem with the rear seat not folding. The owner asked me to come back and drop the car and pick one off the lot while they have repair is done. The owner have changed the oil and filled the car with Gas. Extremely nice. I will provide an update on the repair by next week. Oct31_2013 I went up back to Best Buy Auto They could not fix my car so offered that I go to the MB dealership and they will cover my bill and they did. I ended buy a 2nd car (Lexus). Over all make sure you do the research your self. You will get a Great deal because those guys did it for me.Please make sure you inspect the car becuase most cars are bought from Auctions. My Lexus was missing the Matts (not a big deal) but runs and feels like new.

The reason im giving them one star is because i bought a car from them cash and i rolled off the lot and a week later the transmission starts to slip so i called them and of course no one wanted to help me. There was one guy the younger Indian guy who sent me to a mechanic and gave me a car to drive in the mean time. Well five minutes down the road they called me back needing the truck back to "sell it" and when i got there the owner was pissed off at his employee so he wanted the car back. His excuse was we cant help you theres no warranty and because he didnt make any money on the car he couldnt help me with anything on it. So i paid $7000 cash to him for a car with a bad transmission and there mechanic quoted me $1800 to fix the problems. So im giving them one star and beware. They are bad business.

I applied for a loan online and when i called the 877 because there were no instructions and the 1st time i called i got hello,so i said wrong # and was not told i had the right #. when i called back; finally the guy said best buy auto. when i told him i was confused about the process, he didnt know anything either. he said i just deal with the bank. when i asked him more questions he didnt know the answers to; he told me that the conversation was pointless and hung up on me WHEN I ASKED FOR SOMEONE ELSE. I then proceeded to call for 15 minutes straight with no answer! Im so pissed at the level of unproffesionalism and RUDENESS!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS AND NO ONE IS STILL ANSWERING THE PHONE.LOSE MY INFO. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO TREAT ME THIS WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased our 2008 Cadillac Escalade back in 2013 from here. We drove 8hrs from a little town in South Texas. We got there and the truck was as described. We had our own financing and actually the truck was paid for before we even saw it. It turned out to be great. Here we are in 2017 and we still own it, put over 100K miles on it and still going strong. Prior to purchasing we did notice that it was with them for over a year. Not sure why but till this day weve had no issues and the kids love it. Overall, this place was great. We saved over $5K compared to our local lots that asked for more with 10-20K miles more. Heck, even when our bank ran the vin prior to approval, they were amazed by the cost savings. So in the end, we are extremely satisfied customers!

Apply for credit still havent heard anything. I got ahold of person on Facebook that but up ad. Was told that the cars I like was sold Thursday. I told him it would of been nice to get a call or email to let me know, and they need to be off website. He told takes 24 hours. OK will Friday the should be off. Nope they still on site today. Salesman said I will look in to it. I told him nevermind cause those were only cars I wanted and just for forget bout it. He told me will you need to see it from our end, sorry not my fault yall dont let customer know anything. Just super poor communication and I was ready to buy that day. I look at it this way they lost what would of been good customer and someone that would of recommed them

I had such a great experience from the home MO answered the phone til I drove my Aura TL out the parking lot. Mo worked with me and my husband and made sure we had all the requested what wanted completed before we got the car. The. Car was in such good shape the delearship service consultant told me your getting a really good car it is solid. I was so surprised when he gave me two keys sets to the car I purchased. The service that was done to the car I purchased was great and No went above and beyond to get it done for us. Alot of used delearship do just enough maintenance service just to sell a car. I cant say enough about my experience and No. I am very thankful and will tell all my friends to go Best Buy Auto!!!!!!
