This was our first time to use Sidco Auto, after a referral from my dad who had used Jeff at Sidco to purchase his previous vehicle. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Jeff Ball and Sidco. After trying for a while to source a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite from several local dealers (which was a beating), we decided it was worth our time and money to give Sidco a try. We talked to Jeff on the phone, gave gim the exact specs of the car we wanted and what needed to be included on the car. Jeff did advise me up front that the Honda Pilot Elites were hard to come by (high demand, low supply), but that he would do his best to find one for us. We were even open to buying used if one came up. Despite the scarcity of the Pilots, Jeff was able to find a brand new Pilot Elite at auction for us, in a reasonable amount of time, that had everything we required, including the black interior (which is hard to come by on a white exterior). We bid, we won, and Jeff scheduled the transport and delivery of the car to his office. He then went to work on sourcing all of the extra Honda accessories and exterior trim that we wanted to add and had them installed, still coming in within our budget. Once completed, Jeff personally delivered the car to our front door in pristine condition, walked me through some of the features of the car and how to set things up, we signed paperwork, and he drove to off in the 2004 Acura MDX we were trading in. Easiest and most enjoyable car purchase ever! Jeff is a gem to work with, and he has so much industry knowledge. His connections through the dealer networks is incomparable in helping to source vehicles. But the fantastic Sidco service did not end there! After driving the car for a couple of weeks, a couple of issues popped up (perhaps factory defects). I called Jeff and he worked to help me get them resolved through the local Honda dealer on his side of town. It took a couple of dealer visits to get the issues completely resolved, and Jeff personally met me halfway, provided a loaner car, and took my Pilot in to be serviced. He worked with the service techs to properly diagnose and repair the defects and he kept us updated on status and time of completion. The car now drives beautifully, as it should. We couldnt be happier! If youre looking for warm and fuzzies, knowing that you are dealing with honest people, and want great service when buying your next vehicle, then you should definitely give Sidco a try! We will never purchase another car without them.

Ive had more than one great experience with Sidco Auto, and know multiple others that have as well. I thought it would be expensive and time consuming, but I actually saved money with Sidco and the team has always taken really good care of me. I wont buy a car without them because they take care of so many of the hassles of car buying and get you exactly what you want. You can skip the normal car salesmen, the long search for the right car (and they give great advice), the trouble of adding add-ons you want, and even standing in line at the DMV (thats worth its weight in gold).

I would not recommend Sidco to anyone. First the communication was poor. Then the car was not in delivery condition and I had to return it to them twice to have little issues addressed. The only thing I can compliment them on is that they encouraged me to purchase the third party warranty because we have taken it in 3 times for various issues including transmission and replacement of a new engine. And lastly, I sent an email letting them know I was very dissatisfied still no return email. This is my first time to rate anyone online so this should speak volumes.

We are so happy with our experience with Jeff at Sidco Auto. While this is not the quickest way to buy a car, it was stress-free and easy. From our first correspondence, we felt confident that Sidco was the place to find our new van. They were careful to keep us on budget and gave us a great trade-in value that was almost $1000 more than Carmax quoted us. We had a few issues with financing and they were quick to compensate us accordingly. Overall, we found Sidco Auto to be fair and honest and the van they got us was beyond our expectations.
