They played me well and suckered me! September 30 2016 I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel from this dealership. First off they sold me a "new" truck that had 1,700 miles on it which I truly regret accepting. I drove it for a week and a half only to find out when I went to fill it up with gas for the first time that it would only take a quarter of a tank then would shut the pump off. Which was odd because when they filled it up for me the day I bought it, the sales man told me he had trouble "at the pump" but didnt explain it was with the truck. So I immediately took it in and they gave me a rental. A week later after hearing nothing from them I called only to find out they had sold me a damaged truck, the fuel tank and fuel pump were damaged. To make matters worse, they hinted towards it being my fault. Some customer service huh, but of course I explained I only had it for a week and plus it already had 1,700 miles on it when it was sold so someone obviously had driven it a lot before it was sold to me. The truck was not from this dealership, they actually picked it up from a dealership in Ennis. With that said they told me they would get back to me after they investigate this. What the hell??? No returned phone calls no help from my sales man, managers blaming each other for the delay. Absolute run around! Now almost mid November 2016, over a month later since I took it back to the dealership on October 14 2016 for warranty and I still do not have my "new" truck. It is apparently still sitting in the shop not touched until the dealerships decide to find out which dealership is going to pay for this work to be done. They are also still trying to play the "we dont know if you might have done this" card too, even though they sold it to me with this damage already done. Im so stressed and saddened that I cant even enjoy the new truck purchase and now have no clue if Ill ever get this damaged truck they sold me, fixed. Ive called the service department manager multiple times begging for an update and told "Im still waiting on the sales department to tell me what to do." So I called the sales manager myself and he ensured me this would be fixed ASAP and he would call me back, yet no call and no solution. Ive called corporate and no help either. At this point my first payment is due and I only drove it for a week and now still a month later Im in a rental. Not only all this but they also messed up the transfer of my MILITARY DISABLED PLATES, that they promised they could easily transfer for me at the dealership. Im going to take this as high as I need too. Ive reached out to Dodge and have a case manager helping me fight this! The lates word from Dodge yesterday was it would be fixed yet the dealership is still sitting on it, maybe just to piss me off. Just an absolute horrible situation. I wish I never traded in my perfectly great truck that was paid off, for this drama and headache.

My Jeep that Ive had since 2009, in which I purchased in Georgia is fine. However, my recent visit with the staff and service at the Jeep North Richland Hills location was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! After I made the appointment for service on a recall, the service technician could NOT find my reservation. Then I was told that my vehicle would be ready in 2-5 days, just for them to check to see if there was dust in the clock spring for my airbag, as they were already backed up. The price that I was previously quoted on the phone by a service technician, to request a separate look into a diagnostic for my car key, was incorrect when I arrived at the service department. The new employee told me that this was not a problem to correct, and they could take care of the quote I was promised. Moments later, after returning to get things out of my Jeep once it was dropped off, the same service technician was knocking on the window of my rental, again stated that he was the "New guy", and that they actually CAN NOT HONOR what I was quoted (which was a $45 difference). Two days later (although only a 0.2 hour diagnostic was performed), I arrived to pick up my vehicle and there was not a single customer service technician available or eager to provide me with any details specific to my service recall. The receptionist tried to interpret what my receipt stated, but was unconvincing as she was unaware to what was SPECIFICALLY done on my vehicle. When I called a few days later to get a better answer, a different female representative stated "I dont know why your receipt in front of you is different than the one I am looking at?" It then took roughly five to seven additional minutes while I waited on hold on the phone, for them to find someone qualified to answer my simple question. After declining the quote of approx. $300 to diagnose and replace my 1 car key, I was able to order 2 of the same keys online for $30, then have both cut and programmed at an independent location for $110 in less than 1 week. Lastly, to top everything off...the rental car location that they partner with (Enterprise rental car) charged my credit card A SECOND TIME when I brought my vehicle back, INSTEAD of returning the refundable rental deposit. I then had to correct this issue a few days later. The customer service is poor at Jeep North Richland Hills (as I also overheard a separate service representative complaining to his co-worker about while I was waiting on my rental car), and the staff is not motivated enough to perform the basic requirements of their job. There was also NO "good-faith" effort attempted to possibly regain this first-time customers business in the future. I hope to NEVER have to return to a Jeep dealership (as I DO NOT TRUST THE INFORMATION PROVIDED), and in the event it is absolutely necessary, I most certainly WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO JEEP NORTH RICHLAND HILLS!

First, I filled out their application online the day prior at 5:30 p.m. The finance individual I was talking to said that he was leaving, but would make the internet sales manager aware and contact me as soon as my report was run that night. I wanted to make sure the finance guy I talked to knew that I had my score drop 50 points from recently purchasing my house and I would not accept anything more than a 6% interest rate. I did not receive a call that night as I was told I would. The next day I talked with my salesman at 12p.m. who tells me they have not pulled my report yet, they had already been open for 4 hours. Next, after they supposedly pulled my score around noon, the finance manager said he could match or beat the current interest rate on my car by a point. This was the reason I submitted my application in the first place, before I negotiate or even bother coming in and wasting my time, I want to know what they can do for me. My current interest rate was 2.99, I refinanced my wifes car with our credit union before our home purchase hit our credit report. I show up at the dealership and they start running numbers and they bring back my credit report with a low score (I knew this and told them the night before, hence why it was important to know my score before showing up). They offer me a 9.99% rate...some match or better. Third, they flat out lied on their website about the internet pricing. Look at it for yourself, a discount is applied and then theres an asterisk with "Rebates not Included". Well, to my surprise the sheet comes out with not only the 9.99% interest rate, but also the internet price with a "discount" of $1,500 and $5,500 worth of rebates. I thought that didnt include rebates?! Glad I got a screenshot of that, I am sure it will come in handy later on. Then the sales manager tried to make me feel stupid for assuming I could get a certain payment out of the deal based upon the interest rate I was told to expect and the internet pricing plus the rebates I was expecting. Turned out my math was still right, he just lied about his numbers and when finally caught and called out about it tried to confuse and redirect the blame. SHAMELESS. So to wrap it up, they dont respect your time, lie, lie some more, deceive you, and leave you with nothing. I wouldnt buy a vehicle from there if it was the last one in the country on principal alone. I was upfront about my scores as I knew them and willing to risk an inquiry for the chance to get a good deal on a truck, thanks a lot for returning the favor Allen Samuels. I will also be sharing my experience with FCA.
