I purchased a 2006 FXD35i in Feb. 2006. When the bike had 150 miles on it I noticed that the clutch would slip and then grab hard. This was not my first Harley and I knew something wasnt right so I took the bike back to the selling dealer(not Williamsport) where the service dept tried to charge me for a clutch adjusment that didnt fix anything. That didnt go over real well at all. I rode the bike until it had about 1500 miles on it. I hated it. Another dealer replaced all the frictions and steels in the clutch. It was better for a while but by the time it had 2000 miles on it it was acting up again. At about 2200 miles a really bad noise developed. I was afraid to ride it any further than I had to so I went to Williamsport. I caught one of the techs coming out the back door and asked him if he could take a quick listen to it. Not only was he glad to listen he took the bike for a quick ride. He came back and said that the inner primary bearing had failed as a result of the Motor Co. using grade 5 bolts to hold the inner primary to the engine and trans instead of the harder grade 8s. I knew right then and there that the primary shifting around was the root of my clutch problem too. I made an appointment with Tim the service manager and returned the bike a week later. They had the bike for day or two and when I got it back it was perfect. No noise and the clutch worked fine. I was finally able to really enjoy the bike. It now has 6200 miles on it and everything is great. Even though they werent the selling dealer they were too happy to fix all the problems at no cost to me.

Best customer service EVER in the local area! Would recommend anyone from Fairfax, Loudoun, Jefferson, Berkeley, Frederick, or other surrounding counties to give these guys a look. Nice shop, friendly people, parts and service better than any other local dealer. Dave / Tim know their s*!#t and are really good people to deal with. The last Mech that did work on my ride was thorough, knowledgeable, and even fixed a minor flaw he noticed, pointed out to me, and then told me why it should be corrected. Ill get his name and update the review. They really deserve recognition for their work.

These guys are awesome! Just like Ben Strickland said below, the local monopoly multi-bike dealer didnt have time to do a state inspection on the fly for me and I needed to get a buddys trailer back to him, after a quick Google search for inspection stations in the area I saw his review... drove it over, dropped the bike off, and returned the trailer. Picked up the bike a few hours later and everything was good-to-go! The staff there is super nice and very helpful! Big thanks go out to Todd and everyone else at H-D Williamsport!

Wasted better part of the day trying to get my wifes bike inspected all over town: Local "all-in-one" monopoly dealer closed Mondays, local mechanic had no time, car guy who inspects bikes had no way to get it off my truck, custom guys dont inspect... called Harley of Williamsport to see if it would violate their religion to inspect an import... 45 min later bike is done and Im on my way home a happy man. Very professional, quick, and just a good all around experience. Thanks guys.

Sold a bike with "roadside assistance" to my friend. Gets a flat tire about an hour away from their shop and they were closing in 30 minutes. Their response to our call was "we close before we would get you back" so we ended up having to go get a trailer and do their job for them that he paid them for. Real "brotherhood" there

Took bike on ride home from ROLLING THUNDER drive belt broke came on Monday pick me up on 70 had bike 2 weeks for belt and pulley but asked for stock pulley to be put on seen like great guys let ya know Thursday rest of reveiw thanks guy other than me not having bike did goog by me so far
