Purchased new 2016 road king back in June. Woman doing finance started pushing a maintenance plan for $720 for 5k, 10k and 15k maintenance. I didnt want it but between her and the wife I finally gave in and took it. Now I find I am probably not going to be in this area next year to use it and guess what, its only for this dealer. I asked for a refund, trade it for a fairing, anything to get something for my money. After weeks of jerking me around I was finally told they dont return money on those and that I was basically out of luck, think the guys name was Lowry who I worked with. Also when I purchased the bike it had a windshield on it. Now Ive never ridden one with a shield on it. After a few rides I mentioned to a friend that my head felt like it was getting knocked around by the wind and he said the shield wasnt tall enough. They never bothered checking the size or anything to make sure it worked for me and I didnt know to ask. I ended up putting out another $160 for a taller shield which I will say makes a huge difference. Im thinking of trading it in for one of the new 2017s with the new engine, but it wont be with them. I dont recommend this place for anything because once they get your money that will not give it back for any reason.

Was not impressed with the people in the dealership. Had a women at the counter walk by and tell my 2 year old son if he dropped a helmet he would have to buy it. He was touching a helmet that was on the shelf inches from the floor and it said floor model on it. When my wife called the store to complain, excuses were made as to why no one greeted us, sick employees, under staffed and the usual excuses for why someone was not doing their job, by the response of the manager I would assume nothing was done to the women who made the comment to my son except for making excuses for her.

Ive had my m/c endorsement for 51 yrs, and have been lucky enough to have owned many bikes. Since Ive lived in various parts of the US I believe that I have a seasoned perspective on motorcycle dealerships and the staff that comprises the dealers workforce. I can state without reservation that I have never dealt with a more professional, knowledgeable, and sincere group of people as I have met at Battlefield Harley. Without a doubt this is the best dealership I have ever set foot in for all these years.

Im just saying when someone calls about a specific bike and and does an application and a few hours later the bike is sold to someone else!! COMMON COURTESY OF A PHONE CALL would of been nice telling us the bike was sold. Good way to lose customers! Just not very professional on how they handled it! My son called and he was told about the bike!!

Best experience i have ever had making a purchase. The salesmen Ben was incredible. He went way out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible. Two weeks after my purchase I received a hand written thank-you card. Who does that now of days? What a great guy and place. I will be back.
