The showroom and staff are great. The service department is not! Pricing is ridicules and workmanship terrible. I paid twice as much as other places, and problem was not fixed. I know this because I took it somewhere else and they charged me 1/2 as much to fix the same problem. And stated there is no way Ultimate Cycle did what they charged me for and didnt see this obvious issue. So I paid $300 for a service that they didnt perform. Ultimate RIP OFF! When I spoke to store manager he offered me a $80 coupon for their store. I dont think he realizes its not the money its the fact you charged me for something you never did! No thanks, keep your coupon for the next customer you rip off! I have warned all the guys I ride with now I am warning you!!

These guys are great, I did the online application for finance and when they called me, told me I was approved through suzuki and got a 9.9% rate and they were able to accept my 78 goldwing (most dealers dont accept vintage bikes and this dealership stood out) for a good price for its condition (it was close to being fully restored) and they were able to pick up my goldwing, did the paper work at the dealership, and they were able to drop off my 14 suzuki m50 the following day with 0 miles still in it. I am going to them for now on for parts, service and gear and when the time comes, Ill even buy another bike from them. Customer for life.

One star is far to generous, I was buying a atv about a month ago and when I mentioned about what another dealer told me the owner said for me to go to them and buy theirs. So I went there and bought that one since Ultimate Cycles owner basically spit in my face. If you want a good deal from somewhere that values you as a customer go to Crewe Tractor, way better deal then at Ultimate Cycles. The only thing good I can say about Ultimate is the salesman I was dealing with was good, but your hands are tied when you work for a dick.

Talk about sharks! Dont try a trade in with them unless its ridiculously in their favor. Wont ever waste my time with them again. They wouldnt return my emails or calls, and even though it was a trade favored their way with me even adding money on top, I was told there was too much of a spread between vehicles, even though blue book puts them almost even. Guess they couldnt rape me for enough of a profit.

Basic service, basic shop. If your into one of the brands they carry and dont feel like traveling to another dealership it can be ok. Deals can be found although sparingly. Try not to show up on a weekend expecting much help. Even after purchasing 3 cycles from them the level of service still was stagnant. Good luck with ultimate.
