I took my bike in for a rear tire, and an electrical issue with my headlight so that I could pass inspection. After replacing my tire they apparently bent my brake bar at a 45 degree angle under a frame bolt. Then no one noticed that after sitting in the shop for 4 days. Then they replaced my kill switch and somehow broke a wire on my clutch lever. They failed my inspection for a plate light and offered to install one for $200. (2 hours labor???) Apparently while looking at the wires to install the plate light they pulled a wire out of the harness disconnecting my brake light switch. Not only did they try to rip me off for a plate light, but they negligently broke three things that would have been noticed had they simply bothered to test it before I was told I could pick it up. I called and spoke to Randy the service manager and he immediately got defensive and said that it was his best mechanic that did the work. If thats your best guy I would certainly hate to see what any of the other ones could destroy! Randy did offer to pick up the bike and correct the issues but I did not want anyone at the shop ever touching my bike again. I told him I was fine with paying for the parts but I wanted a refund on my labor. He said he would have the bike repaired correctly at the shop again but could not give me a refund on the labor where I paid somebody $95 an hour to break my bike. Then I had to spend two or three hours of my own time diagnosing and repairing what they broke and subsequently failed to notice before letting me pay the bill and drive the bike away. I asked Randy to have the owner or GM call me to resolve this issue. It has been nearly a week and I have not heard anything from anyone. Hopefully I can find a reliable shop in town, but I think I am just going to go back to knowing that if you really want something done right, you might as well do it yourself. Im a repair technician in a different industry and have been in the service industry for over 20 years. When I hand somebody a bill I make sure that I have tested everything, and when I do make a mistake I make it right and I certainly would never bill somebody if I happened to break their equipment. I should have taken the other reviews a little more seriously on this place. ***Update - just spoke with the owner Mr Glenn and he was even more rude and obtuse and defensive as his service manager. He accused me of trying to get something for free even though I had pictures and when I said I wouldnt bring my bike back to them considering I had already repaired the issues they caused he stated "Well I guess we are done now". We certainly are done, Mr. Glenn, you will be hearing from my lawyer. I bill out a lot more than your labor rate and I am not hurting for money and I certainly am more than happy to pay someone for good work. But you couldnt just do the honorable thing, admit you were wrong, apologize, and make this right with a customer. You sir, certainly should not be in the service industry. You might want to consider a career in government or possibly the DMV because it suits your personality a lot better.

Open conflicts between Father & Son Mgmt Team, rudeness during contract signing! Difference in opinions, Son said warranty period 6 months, father said 500 miles to their advantage? Little/no information during sale, and poor information after. Promised on Thursday the scooter would be service by Monday, and fourteen days later still not finished? When we insisted that the scooter be made ready, the service tech said, "Well just THROW the carbeirator back on it" How Professional is that! Then, items that were obviously Mfg. Defects we were charged for? $150, thereabouts...in WORSE condition after the SERVICING than BEFORE! Started good before, POOR AFTER! And...10 mph SLOWER, AFTER SERVICING? Still SPUDDERS! Service Tech kept his promise though! Literally THREW THE CARB BACK ON IT, LEFT THE WIRES DANGLING OUT! That! Should make the Father and Son Owners PROUD! Keep em bickering for MONTHS! Instrument panel was loose and vibrating! Oh! They fixed the "Squeal" in front brakes, now its in the REAR! Attitude when the scooter was picked up was anything BUT kind and professional and it only added INSULT to INJURY. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NOT EVEN FOR (SERVICE) OR DIS-SERVICE! WORST EXPERIENCE,,,E V E R ! ! ! ! ! No Exaggerations! This is THE WAY IT WAS. FOR US

went in there looking for a scooter since I did not want to buy from the slumlords at the scooter shops, was barely given the time of day at this Honda dealership. they treated me like a low life just because I was a student at UNCW. had they played their cards right they would have gotten immediate cash in hand for a WAY overpriced USED scooter.. the geezer I first talked to was extremely rude to my boyfriend and I. I almost feel bad, he needs to be retired since he couldnt even rip a post it note off of the pad... Walked outside for 1 minute and he immediately forgot who we were. We waited for the "sales guy" to come back for lunch. Unfortunately it was the Old Mans son...who is 10 times as blatantly rude as his father. he rolled his eyes a total of 7 times in the five minutes I could stand to hold a conversation with this man. I could have scrounged up 200 more dollars, but my boyfriend made a very good point, why give these jerks who treats their customers like low lifes my business? I will never deal with these men again. I will NEVER go here for sales, the parts and service guys seemed really cool and friendly, its a shame they have to work for two old grouchy pricks!

When i first walked in this place i felt uncomfortable. I wasnt asked could i be helped or anything. The old man sat at his desk and just stard at me as if that was his first time seeing a black lady and the other man just stood behind the counter. After being hesitant i went ahead and ordered my part. Two days later i went back to order another part that i was guaranteed i would receive 2 to 3 days later. That didnt happen. Whenever i called to see what was the hold up i was always spoken to very rudely and with attitude then when i finally received my part a week later it was the wrong part when my receipt cleary stated what i had ordered and payed for! When i went to return this part today and get my money back i was still treated disrespectfully. They didnt apologize for their screw up and did no atteampts to make it right. My money was damn near thrown in my hand along with my recipient..they didnt even say Have a good day or sorry after all this. I think this place is VERY RACIST and i will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. This IS NOT the way a paying customer should be treated!

Very poor on the customer service department. As well as they dont really do their job like theyre supposed to. I took my 2014 Honda shadow phantom to them for a check up, on the air casing which was leaking gas and they told me that everything was fine after couple of months of writing my bike and still having the same problem I took it back and they said that there was nothing wrong with motorcycle and they steel charge me the $80 service fee. I went back because I personally found that I had a gas hose that was loose right beside the air casing I asked for a refund for the service fee because they didnt do their job properly and the guy told me that they are not in the business of returning money back.
