I have heard the rumors but never believed that it could all be bad. I was in Cycle Stop to buy christmas presents. While shopping in there the girl that worked in the clothing department came up and asked if she could help with anything. At first I said no but I needed to find some replacement foam for my HD sunglasses. She came over and unlocked the case and another customer came over and asked her why she was up in clothing department. She said she had just returned to work after surgery, and that she was helping in the clothing department because they were short handed. I then had a great conversation with her, she talked about annual services that should be made on my bike, and then informed me that it would be a good idea to use the ethonal treatment in my bike. I bought a couple t-shirts and the replacement foam. The girl in motorclothes told me that they sold the treatment in the parts department. I proceeded to browse the showroom on my way to the parts counter where a guy behind the counter said he didnt work in that department. I waited for a few minutes to cash out. The guy that works the parts counter came out and picked up the phone and start talking. I waited for him to acknowledge the fact that I was at the counter. I then said hi and he turned around with his back facing me. As I was standing there the girl froming the clothing department walked by with her lunch bag. She told me to have a wonderful day and then saw that the parts guy was busy. She said come back to the clothing department and I will cash you out. I followed her back and she rang me out and again told me to have a wonderful day. This girl was not only very smart when it came to motorcycles but very and friendly and made the time to take care of me when she was suppose to be on lunch break. Last week I went in to get pricing on a new tire, I was quoted by the very rude man in parts $30 more than hotlink and they could not change my tire for 2 weeks. After talking with parts I went to the clothing department to see the girl in motorclothes about a new pair of boots. Only to find out that nice girl is no longer there. Another customer came over and told me that he missed her too. These days its hard to find good help. So now once again the Cycle Stop is back to the same old rude employees.

I have purchased two brand new motorcycles, had countless inspections done and in general spent a lot of money at the Cycle Stop. After picking up my brand new 2017 bike from getting serviced I noticed that the bolt holding the seat on was missing, along with another minor issue on how the bike was put back together, I called the shop to notify them and because it was near closing time was told to return the next day. Upon returning, the shop argued with me that the bolt was certainly present at the time I picked it up and that it must have fallen off on my 3 mile ride home. Instead of just giving me the $5 part and pleasing the customer they fought with me threatening to look up surveillance footage to prove that the bolt was there... After making it known that it was not an omission of guilt and that they were not taking responsibility they reluctantly gave me the hardware after over an hour of disputing. At no point in time was any apology offered up for the inconvenience. Word to the wise LOOK OVER YOUR BIKE AFTER BEING SERVICED BEFORE LEAVING. I hope Cycle Stop thought that bickering with me was worth losing a customer. EDIT: Laura, Thank you for response and once again accusing me with untruths, your customer service is clearly top notch. The fact of the matter is I owned up to my own faulty installing of the handle bars, the word you were looking for was disappointed not upset. I also fessed up to being mistaken about the pin color. I have no trouble admitting when im wrong... Now on to the battery being disconnected, I proved to you that the battery and/or computer were disconnected by showing you the reset clock on the dash. A fact that logically points to the seat being removed. Which brings me to the seat bolt. Im glad you now told me online that the part was covered by my warranty, that fact may have saved a lot of time and frustration. And before you accuse me of untruths and tell me that you mentioned this to me earlier let me remind you that it took two trips to the store and over an hour before you gave me the replacement. I also wish you many happy and safe miles of riding.

First time I took my bike in for a tire change, no call for 4 days. I called, found out it was done. A few weeks later I take the bike back for a leaky fuel valve and a carb rebuild. The guy at the service counter had no clue what I was talking about when I used the word "petcock." This should have been my first warning. My bike sat there for 2 weeks. I finally called to see if it was done... It was... 5 days prior. No call again! Who knows if they ever would have called. I picked the bike up, and had to return it the very next day. They jetted the carb for an 883... I have a 1200. THEY GAVE THE BIKE BACK TO ME NOT FIXED!!!! DO THEY NOT CHECK THEIR WORK WHEN THEYRE DONE????!!!! I bring it back, they say the fix is on the house, and the job will be priority that day. 2 days later, its finally on a lift a half hour before they close. I call again, the next day. Its done, and they want another $130!!! They claimed there was debris in my tank, what got into the float bowel. They should have flushed the tank with the change of the petcock, and the float bowel should have been cleaned with the carb rebuild!!! Not to mention when I finally got the bike back, the idle was probably at 3000-4000 rpm... WTF?!?! These are the worst, not to be trusted mechanics Ive ever come across in my years of riding. Never again McCycle Stop. You people are horrible, I wouldnt let you touch my lawnmower with a fisher-price screwdriver. DONT SUPPORT THIS SHOP!!!

This place finds new ways to disappoint every time you try to get service done here!! From not being polite to not being accountable for the poor work they do! They scratched my bike, have overcharged, and claimed to do work they obviously didnt do!! If I could give it negative stars I would. The only good experience I have had with them is with the service manager Laura. Do yourself a favor and go to a different garage. Responding to your answer... I was pretty clear that my good experience that I had with your shop was with Laura. If I need to further explain exactly how she helped it was with my insurance and engine build. Also, it seems like your employees are not listening very well. I never told them that i was looking down at my tire at 90MPH, that would be insane. I told them my spokes need to be adjusted because I am noticing my tire flexing as if the wheel is not true. At higher speed I am noticing a bad wobble from my handle bars. If they had really adjusted the spokes they would have seen it or could have recommended another solution to the problem at hand. I even asked them if everything seemed okay with the wheel before I left and they told me everything looked fine. Until I jumped on my bike and noticed within 2 min that the problem was still there. The most recent issue is not the only one I have been patient and tried to keep my cool, but i have reached the boiling point. Good luck
