this is a top notch operation. from John the owner down to Greg and the service crew. Even the parts guy is easy to deal with and very polite. i bought an older victory from P.P. first off i got it at a great price, and John was patient and easy to deal with. every time ive had service from basic oil change to brake job/ inspection, these guys have been great. and i cant say enough about victory motorcycles. ive owned and still own harleys, but my vic is by far the most reliable and most confortable to ride. not to mention most of the bike and parts are made in america. i will continue to buy victory bikes, and i will only buy from Precision Power.

I just wanted to tell everyone how GREAT these guys are. I have limited mechanical knowledge of small engines. I had an issue with a lawn mower not starting. I brought it into Greg and with in just minutes he had it running again like a Timex. While I was waiting I met Jon, and he was able to show me many products Precision specializes in. The treatment was top notch, information given was highly reliable, and to find someone so honest these days was great as well. When I’m in need of service, a new toy or yard equipment I will be going to Precision.

Last weekend I was riding with a group of friends from Lancaster and broke down at 4:00pm in the afternoon on a Friday. There were two other shops closer but neither could help me until Monday. Jon (Owner) waited until I was towed arriving after 7:00pm (on a friday!). He and his friend personally changed my drive belt so I could ride the once per year ride with my buddies. I was back on my bike within two hours. That is ridiculously good service. Thanks so much Jon. It was very much appreciated!

Jon, Bruce & Greg are all so great to work with. Starting with a few years ago I had a broken down lawn mower, and Bruce & Greg helped me get it going quickly...three years later its still going. Just this past week I needed a snowblower for my new house, and Jon set me up with a great machine by Ariens. Now no more breaking my back to keep my driveway clear. Now I just need to talk my wife into letting me buy one of the fun ATV or Snowmobiles they have.
