I had initially rated this store at 5 stars. They usually had decent service and were quick to get my orders printed. I have changed the rating to 1 star. I placed an order through email at 11am and wasnt contacted until over 24 hours later that orders cannot be placed through email anymore even though they had out cards with their email address. They guarantee that any order placed before 2pm will be ready for pick-up by close. This clearly is not the case since I wasnt contacted until 24 hours later. Also, there is obscene graffiti drawn on the walls in the bathroom that has been there for months with no one attempting to remove it. I would highly recommend using a different location

Terrible Customer Service. I tried to exchange a bad headset for a new one and was told no exchanges. I bought it only three weeks ago. Something about a 14 day policy regarding tech items. Its a non electrical device. I asked for a receipt to be pulled. Cant do it. This is why I normally buy from Amazon. This wouldnt have been an issue if I did.

I love this place. All staffs there try their best to help you find the items you need for your kids school. Their price even cheaper than Walmart and they almost have everything we need from school Supply list. Well come here to do school Supplies shopping from next year.

Nobody was available for me to ask where a certain product was. When I finally found it and was trying to check out, there was 1 person with one item and it took forever. The 2 cashiers working could do 1 step t thier register without communication with the other.

The individual at the printing station was incredibly helpful in helping print resumes. Every employee that I passed in the store was alert and inquired to see if I needed assistance. Great people!

Waited for 45 minutes for the one and only employee working the floor to help me get the three chairs down. Absolutely ridiculous customer service!!! Should have just ordered from Amazon.

Some items are a little pricey and youre lucky theres a register open at all, but there arent many office supply places in Woodstock and this one gets the job done.
