We initially visited the Cold Spring, KY Furniture Fair Store location where Tricia caught up with us as we browsed the store. (Our family is moving to that area and I was told by a co-worker who dabbles in interior design as a side job that Furniture Fair had quality items at reasonable prices). Tricia spent about an hour with us looking for various pieces we needed to complete our house. At no time did we feel like she was pressuring us like those greasy salespeople at other furniture stores where we used to live in Michigan. The selection there was so good she showed us a few items I thought I couldnt get the in configuration I wanted, and as a bonus they werent cheap pre-fabricated furniture but Amish solid wood construction! Tricia mentioned that a few times a year they have their Warehouse Sale and one was coming up in Fairfield, OH in a few days, which she encouraged us to attend. We had planned on returning to MI to get some house things settled, but on her recommendation stayed until Sat and hit the Furniture Fair location “on the way home”. Tricia was working there that day (I guess they assign their Salespeople in rotation when they have these big warehouse events) and she again showed us through the vast selection of markout items going through our checklist. Again, no high pressure but a sincere desire on her part to help us with what we thought fitted our new house. The stars must have aligned for my wife and me that day because we found almost all the pieces we needed as “as-is” pieces and spent about $6k on items that normally have cost twice as much. Keep in mind what they call warehouse seconds sometimes may have scratches or very slight imperfections. In all cases these imperfections were so slight it was nothing that bothered us. (We have huskies & tween children frolicking about so furniture wear is expected). The items we purchased new were still in the very reasonable price range, especially with the 10% discount they give if you pay by cash/check. Overall it was a perfect experience, except for a small hiccup at the end where the check processing machine rejected our check and we had to run to Chase for cash (we normally don’t write checks, so it had something to do with that). Will definitely return!

Just wanted to take a moment to let any potential customers what a great experience we had at the Cold Springs location Furniture Fair. Our salesperson John Landry did an awesome job helping us select a new leather recliner, sectional and coffee table. He helped educate us on certain aspects of leather so that we could make a good sound purchase. The delivery guys did an excellent job, especially Mike, very courteous. I highly recommend John and this store to all potential customers, they will help you in making a purchase that you will be satisfied with for years. Also on a side note, I think it would be advantageous for the website to have the salesperson pictures posted alongside their names. We had purchased from John 2 year previous, remembered his face but not his name

They WERE very nice helped us find want we wanted and walked us through their sale. We purchased at closing time and once we had gotten to the car we had realised we were over charged. When we came back for pick up of the items I brought up the furniture priced incorrectly. The manager tried to make me feel stupid saying the price on our furniture has been there for months we have nothing at all in stock for that price. That I must have made the prices up. My husband brought them the correct tag . Turns out they ended up selling us an item that was a few dollars shy of twice the price of what we had picked out. Theyll get you if they can. Other than the prissy old manager. I absolutely love our new furniture, its great quality.

Shane was so helpful in finding us a bedroom set. We went to many stores but felt very comfortable At the Cold Spring location. Shane was very knowledgeable in all the merchandise sold and was not a high pressure salesman. He wanted you to buy something that you would be happy with in your home. Many suggestions were given by him. However, he let us make the final decision without influencing us. We had a great experience shopping for our bedroom set at Furniture Fair and I will recommend this location to my family and friends even though the Florence store is closer. Thanks again for all your help Shane.

We had a great experience thanks to Trisha Upton. Trisha took the time to help us find the perfect recliner couch. My husband and I both have bad back issues and it was crucial that we found the right recliner/recliner couch. The couch we purchased had a power recliner on each end and when you went to get up from the couch it was very easy. We love the couch we purchased. We also loved working we Trisha and when we come back to purchase again, she will be the salesperson we will want to help us. Great job!!

So we worked with Shane Collins, super nice guy, honest with the product. I called and got an item on hold, he marked it as sold early Sunday morning and then sent me the invoice of what I should expect to pay in the store. Came to store to pay/pick up and another employee freaked out behind the sales counter say she sold it already. Short story he was extremely calm and collective and while she was loud, unprofessional, and manic. We got the couch and I hope to work with him in the future.

I will never buy anything from this place again! Once they get your money they dont care about you or answering your questions. They are like a used car lot, maybe worse! You most likely will get treated with more respect from Vaule City Furniture. I am still considering returning what furniture we brought from them and taking my cash and spending it where they will appreciate our buiness.

Eamon Maloney at the Cold Springs, Ky location helped us design our sectional and recliner with great suggestions for colors and fabric. He even drew a layout of our living room and helped us decide what to buy and where to put it. So patient and helpful!!! Our furniture was delivered yesterday and we love it Eamon! Ask for Mr. Maloney when you go to the Cold Springs location.
