Never reviewed a retail store before, never felt the need. Having said that, I had a stellar customer service experience here. Dan, the manager, took empathy of my situation and turned a wrong into a right. In doing so, he has perpetuated my choice to continue shopping Target stores. I drove two hours to get an item I was told was there(after calling many stores starting in Indiana). Because the item was discontinued, my only option was to pay a premium online or drive two hours to this location. I called three times that day before, and during my familys commute to this store. When I arrived I found the item was opened and used. Dan understood this inconvenience and did all he could to rectify this issue, and he did so in spades. I didnt drive two hours one way to buy a used item and Dan understood that. The empathy he showed, coupled with the efforts he made to right this mishap surprised me and my wife. He said that Target aims to please its customers in any way they can and the dedication Dan showed reflected this business model. To me, it had a great positive impact on my view of the Target brand as a whole. Dan, thanks for being you and thanks to Target for the decision to be responsible and promote that forward thinking perspective upon your employees.

I am obsessed with Target and am probably there at least 3 times a week. But I will drive as far as necessary to avoid Bridgewater Target at all costs. The staff is unhelpful, in most cases unfriendly (Obviously doesnt apply to all) And please, do not ever even attempt a return at this location. I had a receipt. With the three items on it that were incorrect sizes. He told me he could only put two of them back on my card and that I would get a gift card for the third. Which one- makes no sense because I have my receipt. And two- I only EVER use my Redcard, and you can use the card to process a return. This happened on SEVERAL occasions. Were returns were a hassle and the same few people never knew what they were doing. I drive to West Chester Target anytime I need anything done. They never have anything in stock. Theyre always out of everything! Empty shelves and racks when Im there. Its super frustrating.

Bad customer service. While I was checking out, I asked the cashier if she could please check to see if they had a product in the back. She responded in a very rude & disrespectful voice " if it aint on the shelf, then y you askin?" Excuse me? FIRST, ive worked in retail before and I know for a fact that just because a product is not on the sales floor does not mean that there arent thousands of those products in the "back" or store room. SECOND, she had no right to talk to a customer like that. LASTLY, this girl was an assistant manager or manager which is unbelievable. Judging by the type of people this Target Garbage is hiring, its pretty obvious that this is a bad place, with bad customer service, with disrespectful staff.

HORRIBLE There little price match guarantee...a complete lie. I brought them todays current newspaper with the product shown at a lower price and they wouldnt honor it. I pulled up their competitors website on my phone showing the lower price, they still wouldnt honor it. Apparently I have to wait until targets competitor publishes their official catalog in 2013 before target will price match! I find that hard to believe and the target employee was probably lying to me because they were lazy. TARGET IS A UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST COMPANY. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TARGET AGAIN. PERIOD.

This Target is relatively big with a decent grocery section as well as the normal Target departments (clothes, home goods, etc.). The store seems to be busy at all times but you never feel it is understaffed. The store is neat and clean in appearance. Parking is a bit so-so, but not too bad. There is a Starbucks inside along with a small cafe. I have been to both and they are not too bad. Overall, it is what you should expect from a well run establishment.

I wont return to the Fairfield Target again. 1) After searching for a game in toys, the 6 employees in the area never bothered to offer assistance; too busy restocking and talking amongst themselves. 2) The 2 by electronics while I was attempting to look at the fitness trackers under lock & key; same thing, too busy & oblivious. 3) If youre a CCW holder, forget it. They posted their Unarmed Victims sign for those who dont care about the law anyway. Baaaa.

Everyone is so Friendly. Always asking if you need something. I like that. Ive never had a problem with price matching here. They were always so quick to change the price or whatever it was. I think they put the Guest First. Its not a super Target, I would like to see more Produce options. But overall Great Experience.

Nice store, if youre not in a hurry. If youre lucky, theyll have two registers open. Its usually less. This store is nice and clean, with friendly staff. However, never go here for more than one or two items. Youll most likely be in line ten times longer than you took shopping.

It would get 5 stars if I didnt occasionally find expired food on their shelves & I am not talking about a day late either. I found an herb that had expired over a year ago still on their shelves & I have found cottage cheese that expired over a week ago still on their shelves.

Of all the Targets in all the world, this is my favorite. They even have a Starbucks at this location and Starbucks should be appreciated more for all the help theyve given to veterans over the last few years. I just wish this Target would add support for Android pay.

I adore target. Their online order ahead was fabulous. It still had some efficiency kinks to work out during pickup but its new so thats to be expected. Once that runs smoother i will give 5 stars.

Got coffee at Starbucks.... Its a nice Target,they all are. It was just like every Target Ive ever been to. Oh, the Starbucks was on the right,not the left. Only difference.

Maybe its the weekend. Store was a mess. Almost felt like they were preparing to close up for good. A lot of out of stock items.
