If I could take my experience back from this store I would... We ordered a couch going on 2 months ago and still have nothing. When it initially came in Feb 18th and we came to pick it up we found out they ordered the wrong color. So we reordered it on and once again they said it should take 5-10 business days to get there. Well 2 weeks passed and heard nothing back so I finally called customer service only to have them tell me " Oh due to tax season we pushed your order back and it wont ship out until the 20th of March". The customer service lady offered little condolence but offered me a $50 gift card that I couldnt even use on my purchase. She said "Oh you can use it on something else or give it away as a gift to someone else"....What?? So we went into the store cancelled our old order, asked what couches they had in stock that we could just pick up the next day and we found one luckily. So we did the paperwork for the couch and financing and finally everything seemed right in the world...WRONG. I just received a call from the manager of customer service saying since we cancelled the old order they cancelled our financing as well (the lady in the store mentioned nothing about this so we wasted ANOTHER trip there)...therefor if we picked it up today we would have to pay the entire balance of the couch....not to mention while on the phone with the customer service manager today she just basically ended the conversation and hung up on my girlfriend. I would love to try and get ahold of the ACTUAL store and talk to them seeing how we live all the way in anderson but I cant seem to find a direct number. Coming from the military I am a stickler on communication and I can tell you right now this store and company has 0 communication skills.

We purchased MULTIPLE pieces of furniture approximately 8 months ago. Since then, we have had nothing but problems. We were initially given a delivery timeframe which coordinated with our move-in schedule. Weeks later, we are told that it will be longer. I was then told items were no longer avail that we ordered and paid for. After much back and forth with customer service, we thought we were somewhat on track. Our items arrived (2 weeks AFTER move in) only for them to be in a thousand pieces/boxes. We had very unprofessional delivery men who basically just dropped the boxes and left. They told us if we wanted items put together the Co. requires you to pay more. Mind you, we furnished an entire house with them! As we started to unbox, we notice several items are damaged and are missing pieces. Again, after MUCH back and forth with c.s. we were supposed to get new items and discounted for what was damaged. I had to fight for weeks to get my money back and had to wait weeks to get the missing pieces. They left us without furniture for over a month in our new home. Now that some time has gone by, our couch is already falling apart. We bought a sectional there that is obviously junk. The cushions are bulging and uneven. The threading is pulling and breaking. After 8 months that should NOT happen. I highly recommend that you do your business elsewhere. We are beyond disappointed with Cincinnati Overstock.

Well its been almost a month since I placed my order. I call last week on the 4th and they said it would be in that week. But they said that it would be on the way to their store on 11th which was a week out from the day I called. Math is not a strong suit for them. Because the 4th and the 11th are not in the same week ever. They are 7 days way. I called today the 13th and it is still in transit to them. Then even when it gets there it will take up to 72 hours on business days for them to reach me to setup a delivery time. So I will be over a month before I get my order. Also when i called today they asked if I could come pick it up to alleviate the extra delay delivery is going to take. I said I paid for delivery because I couldnt come get. Also to my comment about I paid extra for delivery they said that can be refunded. Their customer service was not interested in making this right. Just excuses for why it is wrong. I was told 1 week to 2 weeks and I would have my order. Not 5-6 weeks, their excuse is that the other dates was estimates. But they should be at least close not 2-5 times shorter than when it would actually be delivered. A few days over the estimate would have been fine but weeks is not. I do not recommend going here unless you are buying an instock item and taking it home that day.

I first went to "Cincinnati Overstock" around 3 years ago looking for a couch. I walked in was greeted right away by Ian. It was as simple as me asking where the couches where and he pointed me into the correct direction. He didnt follow me around and stalk me like other places. They let you spend time browsing without any of the pressures. Once I found something I liked, I walked right up, paid and was told when it would be in and I would get an email well. The couch arrived on time and I picked it up and was on my way. I had such a great experience my first time around I suggested this Company to my brother. I went over there with him and I think it was Shaun(Shawn) who helped us this time and he was nothing but nice. My brother ordered a kitchen table and a couch and had the same experience I did. Couldnt ask for easier people to work with. I see negative reviews, remember folks they cant read your minds. If you ask a question they will have an answer. The reason I am writing this now is that I hadnt been back there in a LONG time and just returned and Ian remembered who I was. You cant ask for much better than that. He helped me again 3 yrs later and Im still very satisfied with experience.

This place is an absolute JOKE.... Do not shop here, avoid at all costs! I purchased my sofa and love seat from here spending roughly $3,000 on 10/19/2015. Said it would take 4-6 weeks to ship to me. It took almost 9 weeks. Then when I get the furniture the sofa is the complete wrong color from what I ordered. I call and explain the situation and they realized they made a mistake. I get it mistakes happen I really do. Then they make an appointment to pick it up offering me a percentage back for a refund for giving me the wrong couch. I call on 1/26/2016 and they have no record of them picking up the wrong color couch, and have no record of me being offered a refund from Kayla who is the delivery manager and they had no idea when the couch I originally ordered would be ready. I ask for the managers number so I could talk to them and they dont have a phone number and do not take phone calls. What kind of manager does not take phone calls? I ordered this furniture on 10/19/2015 and it is now 1/27/2016 and I still do not have my couch. This place is so unprofessional and very unorganized. I highly recommend not going here.
