After many months of searching for a new sofa, and after many disappointing visits to every other furniture store in town, I went to Signature Furniture. WOW, what a pleasant surprise. Olivia greeted me when I came in the door but was not overbearing. She gave me some time to look around and then asked if she could help. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me some options. She was friendly and very pleasant. She gave me some fabric samples to take home to make a decision. Once I finally found a fabric that would work she place the order and my sofa was delivered in less than half the time she thought it would take to get. While it did arrive with a few scratches on the front legs, I called and Signature Furniture made arrangements for a nice man to come out and fix the legs. All in all, the BEST service I have experienced!!

I bought a chat wood full size mattress in January. They were 2 weeks late delivering it to start. 2 months into owning it, it began to sink in the middle, lengthwise. I took pictures and emailed the store with no further response. I went into the store and the owner Richard agreed to come out. I stated that when 2 people are in the bed reguardless if one is a preschooler, you both roll into the center. He stated that when his 300 pound a assistant laid in bed with him he rolled but, that wouldnt happen with a normal size person. So now not only is my bed horrible but, he is discriminating against large people, my mother is heavy so I take great offense to this. I spent 1000.00 dollars for a full size bed with a 10 year guaranty. Something needs to be done.

We had been looking for a couch for about 3 weeks and we were about to give up on our search until we walked into Signature Furniture. When we walked in we couldnt believe the large selection of nice floor models they had. Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all the different brands of furniture. We purchased a Flexsteel couch and chair from Signature and its one of the best purchases we have ever made. Their furniture is high quality for a good price and I would recommend these guys to anybody. Save yourself 3 weeks of shopping and visit these guys first.

I recently moved to Lexington and needed pretty much everything, bedroom, living room, dining etc. I happened upon Signature while out and decided to have a look. While not as big as some of the national chains Signature is deceivingly large and has an ample selection of options. The staff I worked with was knowledgeable and friendly ( they even clued me in on the best places to eat locally ). I ended up buying a living room suite and a bed with dresser and side tables at what I thought was a very reasonable price for the quality. Ill certainly be back...

Purchased two Bassett night stands from Signature Furniture and within a few years the wood surface on both were alligatoring. Very disappointed with quality and lack of interest from management to repair. I have purchased four items from them over the years, one which I couldve ordered online for less expensive but shopped "local" when sales woman sold me on supporting the family business. Not a good way to support loyal customers. We will not purchase from them again.

We walked in looking for a casual dining table, Olivia met us at the door. She was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Of course it was more than I wanted to pay,but the quality is great. I love the table and bar stools, they did help in the cost in the end. Will definitely use them and recommend to others.

Olivia was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in finding the perfect furniture for me with a designers touch. I couldnt ask for a better shopping experience!

Have driven by this store many times and finally stopped in. What a refreshing place! Katherine was very helpful. Its a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. I ended up purchasing two chairs for my living room. Great place to shop, and the delivery guys were very accommodating. I love my new furniture!
