They have absolutely the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life. I paid for a queen size headboard (just the headboard and the frame). I paid for it upfront in full just for them to tell me that they sold it and id have to wait for them to order it. Miriam said that it should be there the next day, but she would call to let me know. I never received a phone call from her for two days, so i finally called and spoke with some lady who said she would find out and call me back... IRONIC BECAUSE I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A CALL BACK THE DAY I PURCHASED IT... so about 3 hours later she called back to say that it would be another week or so before the headboard arrived because it was coming from Wisconsin. After a week pasted i called to see if the headboard arrived... I got no answer 3 times that whole day, so again i burn gas to go up there to see and Miriam says it should be in that next day. So the next day the furniture arrives, i pick it up and take it home, when i open the box a wood chip was broken in the box, i figure no big deal as long as all the other wood chips fit and the screws it would connect the wings to the headboard just fine and it did. I put together the railings and tried to connect them to the headboard and IT DID NOT FIT, I TRIED EVERYTHING FROM EXTENDING IT TO TURNING IT AROIUND BACKWARDS... the screws did not match the frame and wouldnt go all the way in the headboard., basically my son was without a bed for two weeks and now that i finally got the headboard he still cant sleep in it.. WORST PART WAS CALLING TO REPORT THE DAMAGED HEADBOARD AND THE FRAME THAT WAS TOO SMALL. MIRIAM PUT HER HUSBAND ON THE PHONE AND I EXPLAINED TO HIM THE PROBLEM.. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP HE CONTINUED TO SAY THAT IT WAS THE CORRECT FRAME, EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TELLING ME TO GO LOOK AT THE BOX AND MEASURE THE FRAME. THE PROBLEM WAS WHEN I EXTENDED IT, THE RAILS FELL INWARD, CAUSING IT NOT TO BE STURDY, IT WAS MISSING THE MIDDLE RAIL FOR SUPPORT, HE DIDNT OFFER THE MIDDLE RAIL, HE SIMPLY SAID "SOME OF THEM DONT COME WITH RAILS, AND SOME DONT COME WITH SCREWS AT ALL" NOT OFFERING HELP BUT NONCHALANTLY SAYING ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM. HE THEN TOLD ME TO TAKE A PICTURE OF IT AND SEND IT TO HIS CELL PHONE AND THEN CALL HIM BACK, SO I SENT 3 PICTURES AND CALLED HIM BACK, NO ANSWER... CALLED THE STORE, NO ANSWER..... FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF SOMEONE AT THE STORE AND THEY SAID HE WAS BUSY, I EXPLAINED HOW ID BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH HIM AND HE TOLD ME TO CALL BACK, HE STILL WOULD NOT GO GET HIM SO I ASKED FOR MIRIAM. SHE GOT ON THE PHONE AND ASKED IF I D SENT THE PICTURE, I TOLD HER YES, SHE SAID WELL REVIEW THEM AND CALL YOU BACK TODAY... I STILL AM AWAITING HER CALL... ALMOST AN HOUR LATER, I CALL THE STORE KNOWING THEY CLOSE AT 6PM AND THE GUY SAYS THAT MIRIAM AND HER HUSBAND ARE BOTH BUSY, FIRST HE CHECKED THEN CAME BACK TO THE PHONE AND SAID THEY WERE BUSY. WITH CUSTOMERS... MIRIAM TOLD ME IN THE PHONE CALL SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY... SO NEW CUSTOMERS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THOSE WHOVE CHOSEN TO SPEND THEIR MONEY THERE? THE GUY ON THE PHONE SAID THEY CLOSED AT 6PM BUT THEY WERE STILL BUSY, I HAVE THE FEELING THEY WONT CALL ME BACK, I AM SENDING A REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND CONTACTING A LAWYER

I USED to really like this store. This store was my first go to for ANYTHING now its my last resort. I believe as they gain more business the service goes to crap! I bought so many items from this store but the last item I purchased was definitely my last. I purchased a wooden, formal dining table for about $1300, it was absolutely beautiful. I bought the store display. After paying half of it upfront I asked them when were they were going to take it off the floor so it wouldnt get messed up, the lady nonchalantly said "On Monday" It was FRIDAY!! I said "No, you guys busiest day is on Saturday and people will be coming in and touching all over it and sitting down in it. So I ask the manager and he said he will take it off the floor immediately and wrap it up in plastic. 2nd thing is on the day that I was to come in and pay my balance in full, I needed some full size bedrails and called in ahead of time and ask them to add that to my bill and I will pay the off the table and for the bedrails in full. He said he couldnt do it because everything would have to be refigured??? Refigured for what??? You are just adding $35 extra to the $690 balance that I already have and I am taking my table and bedrails. Whats the big deal??? So I asked "I cant purchase them??" He said that I could but not add the balance to the balance that I already had???? So I have to do 2 separate transactions, one for my table and then another for my bedrails??? Needless to say, I bought my bedrails somewhere else because that was just crazy. Thats a shame that stupid things like that will cause them to lose business. Id rather pay more somewhere else than deal with CRAZINESS.

A-1 Furniture es mi muebleria favorita. Tienen mucha variedad de muebles y los precios son increíblemente bajos, Su servicio al cliente es el mejor. Yo acabo de comprar mi cama y la experiencia con ellos fue sensacional, Lo que mas me gusto fue que ellos me trajeron la cama hasta la puerta de mi casa y hasta me ayudaron a armarla y acomodarla bien en mi cuarto. Aparte de eso también tienen plan de pagos y 0% financiamiento. Si estas pensando amueblar tu casa debes de ir hoy para que veas el trato amable y las ofertas que tienen ellos para ti.. Ademas hablan español!!

I went to check out for a sectional I found one that I fall in love instantly but wasnt sure about the price, days later I saw a paper in the mail saying they had a sale and the sectional that I want was there so I went decided to buy it since it was on sale just to find out the sale price was the same as before:( I did buy it because I like a lot but didnt feel good knowing that they lie.
