My husband and I (African American citizens) were out shopping for a particular suv. We rod by this lot and saw a few suvs which we are interested in buying. Therefore, we turned around and stopped in to inquire about a particular make/model. When we walked up, there was a young and older male and an older female salesperson outside. We greeted the peoples but no acknowledgement, no smile no nothing from both salesmen which was a turn off for me. However, not sure if the female was in sales or a manager, but she had gotten out of her suv and acknowledged us with a big smile. She was very pleasant.with a sweet spirit. She asked how she could help us. I informed her what we were shopping for. She shared what was available on the lot and told me to look around. Then she asked both salesmen to assist my husband but they both was very hesitant. Meanwhile, the younger salesman ended up assisting my husband while I was looking at the suvs. Eventually, I went inside the building where the sales guy was showing my husband a suv on the computer. I asked the guy a question and he didnt acknowledge me. He sat there looking at my husband and bitting on his lip like I didnt even exist. I said to myself Im not spending my money nor dealing with this prejudice guy cause someone else will be glad to get our bucks. I got up and walked out and got back into my vehicle. So just a note, when you see a dark skinned person or persons, especially African American, walking into your business, dont judge the book by it cover. Hopefully, no one else will have to experience what we did.

About a year ago, I needed a replacement for my old Jeep. I first searched CarFax and found a vehicle I liked. Then, I drove directly to Ganley Auto Sales, the used car dealership (they have many new car dealerships in the same location). I saw the vehicle in question as soon as I drove onto the lot. Next, I went inside to inquire about the vehicle and was greeted by a friendly sales lady who walked outside with me to have a closer look at the vehicle. I took a test ride and decided right away it was the vehicle I was looking for. My credit was a mess due to the 2007 economic recession and obtaining financing presented a problem. I am self-employed and there were simply no work for a few years; it nearly ruined me and killed my previously outstanding credit. Although it took several hours, I finally drove away with the vehicle. Ganley financed it themselves. I have now recovered substantially from that previous financial situation and am rebuilding my credit. Anyway, if you need a slightly used vehicle, I would recommend these folks. They helped me out when I thought the deal might not go through. I still own the vehicle and am still happy with my decision to do business with these folks.

Never will I buy from a Ganley dealership, the Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina had turned me away before even walking through the door, then the Ganley Auto Sales on Brookpark Rd. Sold me a car that had issues with road noise so they said before I purchased the vehicle they would send it to service and have it taken care of so the next day I went in and they said the rear tires just needed balanced and I made the mistake in trusting their salesman because now I have to purchase 4 tires and struts because the tires were damaged due to bad rear struts and the wrong tires all within 2 weeks, so now I know never to deal with Ganley dealerships.

I had a very pleasant experience here, and I would reccomend this place to anyone, if youre looking to buy a new or used car, this is definietly the place to go. The staff here are very friendly and theyll work with you to make sure that youre happy. They dont try to over sell you or talk you into things, they dont make you feel like youre just a sale to them. They genuinely care about your happiness and they want you to be happy with your purchase. I would definitely shop here again in the future.
