I purchased a 2008 Ford F350 4X4 truck from Courtesy Auto Sales in Cottonwood. They seemed honest enough for used car folk. They assured me that the truck was in top notch condition and every system was thoroughly tested by their own mechanic. Now, dont laugh at me to hard. So after thousands of dollars in repairing the ESOF system, I called to ask them how they tested it. Heres where you can laugh as much as you want. They told me that there is no such thing as automatic 4 wheel drive. They even went on to tell me that, in 20 year of driving/selling 4X4s they have never heard of such things. Like it is some magical creature existing only in the imagination. Heck, my first 4X4 in 1983 had auto locking front axles and hubs. So, do yourself a favor and learn from my lesson. Do not trust used car sales people. Especially ones from Courtesy Auto Sales in Cottonwood.

Unfortunately what couldve been a great experience ended in regret. The experience we had while purchasing the vehicle was pleasant, and they seemed very willing to offer quality service to us, but after a few minor issues came up after driving it off the lot - the service turned into denial and deflection. Even after attempting to negotiate a reasonable compromise (they provide part replacement, we pay for labor) I was met with retaliation and uncalled for insults. I regret purchasing my vehicle from them and highly discourage anyone else from going through the ordeal I went through. Hanging up on paying customers and responding with insults is NOT what a business should ever be doing.

I bought a Toyota 4Runner from these lovely folks 3 years ago, in Cottonwood. I got a low interest rate and a great price for the suv. To this day, they are still of service to me and my beloved 4Runner. No bullshitting at Courtesy. My mother now has bought two vehicles from them. This is the place we refer people to. Matt has incredible customer service and takes care of his clients. This isnt one of those places that you leave the lot and you are on your own. They stand behind their work and it is apparent that their interest is in keeping a customer happy. Looking for a car or suv? Bought a 2010 Tundra SR5 4x4. The salesman(Greg B.) was very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. He had the truck put on a rack so I didn"t have to roll around on the asphalt.( 1rst time ever that was offered!) We just spent the last 2 weeks dealing with big dealerships were they looked at you like sharks at a sardine, high pressure jerks and other unfriendly salesmen and this experience was so much better, only two other times they were this pleasant to us, in our car buying lives. As always the price could have been better, but we were happy enough to buy it anyway. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

I agree with superwmn805. They are friendly in the office but when the engine on my 04 BMW 645CI failed after 5 days of driving, Clint immediately blamed me for not buying a $3k warranty. If you decide to buy from them, get a warranty and know that you are buying a broken car for your great "negotiated" price. Good luck!
