BOUGHT A BMW X5 FROM THEM WHERE THEY TOLD ME THEY TAKE PRIDE IN ALL THEIR VEHICLES THATS A LIE IT WAS AROUMD NOON WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR DIDNT HAVE ANY USE FOR THE HEADLIGHTS DURING THE DAY WELL GUESS WHAT LATER THAT NIGHT TAKE THE FAMILY OUT TO DINNER IN OIR NEW CAR AND A HEADLIGHT WAS OUT called back to 7th ave auto and Tim said well thats unfortunate bit its not under warranty i mean really who sells cars with headlights out 8 days later all my spark plugs went out again they said it wasnt under warranty even tho they told me they gave it a tune up before they sold it to me THEY LIED AND NOW MY CRANK CASE WENT OUT 2 WEEKS LATER AND IVE SPENT $900 IN REPAIRS.... AND ON TOP OF THAT WHEN I CALLED TO CONFRONT THEM ABOUT THE CAR THEY SOLD ME THEY SAID THATS YOUR PROBLEM NOW AND HUNG UP ON ME I WISH I WOULD HAVE HAD SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT I KNOW NOW BEFORE I EVER STEPPED FOOT IN THEIR LOT

Honestly I dont know why there are few bad reviews for this place. Let me start of that I usually dont write many reviews online. However, I feel like Tim deserves 5 Stars all the way for his effort & dedication to provide QUALITY cars and Great buying experience. I live in NY area & I was skeptical to purchase my car online from these guys, especially that they had couple of bad reviews. But they had EXACT car that I was looking for. Im glad I called them & they proved me otherwise. Tim THOROUGHLY described the vehicle, sent me detailed pictures & video of the vehicle. After negotiations, he approved me for a loan & arranged shipping. Five days later I got my car & it was EXACTLY as described, couldnt be happier with the entire process. I am REALLY enjoying my Lexus GS350. Thank you for all your help. Looking forward in dealing in the near future.

So I purchased a car from them and it has not even been 5 months and I have had to make over $1100 in repairs the car only came with one key and I did purchase the extended warranty they offer which is worth nothing. I feel totally ripped off! I was a first time buyer and just feel horrible! DO NOT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE! They appear really nice but the quality of the car is horrible. Before I drove off the lot the light was going out. And I just want to warn other people shop around there has to be someone more honest out there. :(

Check engine light came on 3 day plus emmisions had not been passed yet. They said they fixed it. Engine smoked and smelled if burnt rubber. Day 4 check engine light back on. They put 700 miles on the car. If miles on car were to fix it good. But check engine light is still on. No itemized list of work done on car or report to car fax. Gives small business a bad reputation. Honesty is not priority.

Asked about the car from a CL ad since the price was not posted (why?). Got a response that the car was allegedly sold. Asked how come the ad is still up. No response. And the ad is still up... Typical dealership mind games. Avoid.
