I was stunned that Enterprise now sold barely used new model cars. I will never again subject myself to Auto Dealers and there untruths. Such as, "Oh, we have your loan approved, your payments will be such & such, then during the so-called no payment 45 day period, the Dealer calls and tells the client the payment increased by $200 or the interest rate will be 17% rather than the 7.9% we told you." I jokingly asked at the Mesa Enterprise Rental office if they would sell me the car I had been renting. A young woman named Brandy Heuston, gave me a call at my home. I had become fed-up with the Dealerships and actually decided not to upgrade my car. Ms. Heuston, treated me with complete respect; spoke to me like she realized I did have a functioning brain; listened carefully to the model I wanted, the mileage on the car I would accept, and most importantly, the payment I could afford. Brandy found me everything in less than 20 minutes. I admit, I was hesitant to drive over to the Tempe, AZ sales office after the frustrating experiences with the various dealerships. I was just surprised Brandy found the model with more extras on it than I had requested! Brandy explained to me that Enterprise Car Sales Division, prices all vehicles from the Kelly Blue Book. Whatever price they tell you the car is selling for is the price..............period. Enterprise does not attempt to manipulate you into purchasing a more expensive model or con their clients about the interest rates & payments. My paperwork was then turned over to Evan B. Chelini, the Assistant Sales Manager who contacts 30 different lenders regarding the financing. He was so considerate and polite, my head was beginning to spin because this entire situation is so much more enjoyable than Dealerships; it is almost unbelievable. I cannot recall how long it took Evan to put my package together. I did actually jump up and hug him when he said "Done". Between Brandys terrific research finding me a car and Evan finding me a lower interest rate at a payment my monthly income could afford, I drove off in my 2015 Chevy Captivia in about one hour from the time I walked through their door! I sincerely recommend before anyone purchases a vehicle, they speak to Brandy first. Go ahead and go to the different Dealerships and listen to their nonsense, but speak to Brandy or anyone at Enterprise Car Sales Division and I promise you will never purchase another car from a Dealership. Thank you, Enterprise Car Sales!

If you are one of those that look at the car buying experience as one of those necessary evils that you have to endure, as I have, then consider Enterprise next time you look for a vehicle. I read reviews when I checked out their site, and all those that spoke of a hassle free environment are absolutely correct. All of my communication was via phone and email due to my distance from the valley, but Allen was extremely helpful. He responded to my initial inquiry to get my parameters and called me back to give me info on potential vehicles he had locally. He pulled a vehicle I might like from a rental branch and had it inspected, and called me back when the inspection failed. He kept looking for what I wanted, and contacted me as soon as one was available, not trying to sway me into something else I didnt want. Yes, Enterprise sells used cars. But due to the inspection that these vehicles must pass, you can place one right next to a new one off the lot, without any hidden fees. My thanks again to Allen, and to Jeffrey Boyd whose follow up after the sale ensures that I am recommending Enterprise Car Sales in Tempe to anyone I know that is looking for a great car (or truck in my case).

I had an excellent car buying experience when I purchased this great car 8 months ago. Recently I had an issue with an after market vendor that Enterprise Car Sales uses. This after market vendor had installed an item in my car and I started having difficulties with it. The vendor didnt seem to care and were unhelpful. Chuck Maslin at Enterprise told me he would take care of it and her really did! Enterprise contacted their vendor and had them do a house call to fix this item. The issue has been fixed and Enterprise not only emailed me but also called me to make sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. Will at Enterprise told me call him directly with anything he can help with. So far every experience I have had with Enterprise has been outstanding! My original salesman was Phil. He was fantastic. After I got into a car accident and my car was totaled, I was in need of a car. The last thing I wanted to do was car shop in 115 degree heat. I had gone to some dealerships and had the typical experience of being pushed into buying a car way out of my budget, I was ready to give up when I got a call from Phil. I decided to give Enterprise a try and it was the best car experience I have had, Phil was great! I didnt have a huge budget, but I still wanted something that I thought looked good and came with some cool little features. He didnt seem annoyed or bothered to pull out several cars to look at even though it was blazing hot. The garage is a nice feature they have that allows them to bring a car into so you can look around the car in a/c rather than standing out in the heat. I left with a car I love and had a great experience. Thanks Phil!

Enterprise car sales is truly a no haggle, no games place to find a well-maintained used car! After making the mistake of going to a local car dealership and spending over 3 hours dealing with dishonest pricing,tricks,fast talk and "bait and switch" tactics, going to Enterprise car sales was a wonderful car buying experience! In less than 2 hours, I was able to test drive 2 cars I was interested in and was able to drive the car I picked home. The next day, I had the car thoroughly checked out by my mechanic- he told me that the car checked out great with no problems and that the oil had just been changed. The following day, I was called by Enterprise car sales to make sure I was happy with the car and the car buying experience. I would highly recommend Enterprise car sales if you are looking for a well-maintained used car!

I hate the car buying experience, tremendously. I was dreading going to buy a car, so I put it off as long as humanly possible after I got into my car accident and needed a new vehicle. 1) I loved my previous car 2) I DETESTED the car buying experience with all the haggling. I had rented my car through Enterprise and was contacted shortly after, by good ol Elliot Dudley. I believe that God sent him my way and put him there for ME lol Elliot had all this personality and was super excited about helping me and all I was thinking was "This guy just wants to suck all the money out of my pockets!" Boy was I mistaken, Elliot made my car buying experience so pleasant and enjoyable. I got everything on my car that I really wanted and I got a good price for it. Ask for Elliot!!!
